Normal check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. These times may be flexible and can be coordinated with the bookings before and after your stay. We need to allow for the cleaners to do their thing but aside from that, check-in/check-out could be earlier or later depending on availability. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Paul's Legacy Villa with my wife and 2 small children and have to say that it was simply fantastic is every respect. This was our 3rd time staying in the Legacy villas and although the other rentals were also very nice, we found Paul's to be better for a number of reasons. The villa itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated with a comfortable couch to kick back on after a long day of shopping or relaxing by the pool. Being on the second level allowed for a wonderfull view at night on the balcony overlooking the fountains and the added bonus of having a Barbeque as well. The villa was perfectly located in relation to the main pool area and entrance and it was very easy to get to just about anywhere in the complex in a timely fashion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to his villa in a heartbeat.

The Legacy Villa is a terrific vacation spot and this unit was a great place for our one week vacation. This unit is a large 2bed/2bath upper floor condo and is nicely furnished, just like new. This Is a secure gated community and is beautifully landscaped and maintained just like a resort. Plenty of swimming pools to choose from, fitness facility, patios, etc. This was our second stay at this condo and we really enjoyed it. Great for couples or families...lots of space, full kitchen. Short drive to local services, and the resort next door has restaurants, spa, etc.

The check in at the security gate was very efficient and helpful.
The villa is very well designed with 2 bed rooms each with its own
Ensuite. The living room and kitchen are between the two bedrooms
adding privacy. There are 2 decks one off of each bedroom.
The grounds are very well kept. While sitting on on the decks
you see the calming water fountain outside the villa and can view
the mountains behind the complex. The villa is close to restaurants,
shopping, and golf courses. The unit is very clean and well looked

We just stayed at Paul's 2 bedroom in legacy villas and everything was as advertised. No hassle check in and the villa was great. The pool's were great and our daughter and grand daughter had a lot fun in them. The place was very clean and our week went off without any problems. I would recommend staying there to any of my friends as Paul was very helpful and made things easy. Art

We were looking for a guaranteed nice weather getaway and were not let down.Always nice going to a place and when you arrive its as nice as you imagined and what the pictures show.
We'd return anytime , perfect for a small family or two couples.
Bbq's on the back deck sure were nice with the sun going down.

We stayed for 2 weeks in this condo and enjoyed every minute of it! Definatley will return.
Arrangements were hassle free and people very helpful; making our stay the best it could be.
Loved the apartment; lots of space for 4 adults and 3 toddlers / children due to the seperate bathrooms, living space and bedroom areas. The apartment was lush and 5 star furnishings. It had eveything you needed i.e. kitchen and laundry equipment, TVs etc etc
The condo site was fab! The choice of pools was great and everything was clean and tidy and well kept.
Location was good; even got in a bit of outlet shopping on a few days!!
Cant wait to go back again for our annual 2 week of sun and relaxation!

My wife and 5 year old son realy enjoyed the location of Legacy Villas along with all of the resort amenities. Great pool and gym. La Quinta village is around the corner along with the tennis club. The unit is spacious and well furnished, the grounds are immaculate and staff very friendly.
