There is a patio with table, chairs, and umbrella and a private above-ground swimming pool [4.6m diameter] as well as a children's playground. Stree...t parking is available in front of the property.

Ground floor: There is a living room with couches, armchairs, satellite TV, a DVD player, and piano. The dining room has a table with chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. A corridor from the living room leads to two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed [which is comfortable for one and cozy for two] and the second bedroom has a 90 cm single bed as well as a French door opening to a wooden deck with a table and two chairs. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower and tub as well as a washing machine and dryer.
First floor: A staircase from the living room leads up to two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed [which is comfortable for one and cozy for two] and an open bathroom [no doors] with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, tub, and separate WC.
Full of houses and buildings that date back to between the 15th and 18th centuries, La Rochelle is great for sightseeing as well as shopping and eating. The Vieux Porte is a very popular part of town because it's where you can watch the boats as you enjoy a meal or browse through shops. Speaking of shops, the main shopping street is the Rue du Palais, which has many interesting boutiques. La Rochelle also has wine bars, brasseries, museums, a theater, cinema, and several annual festivals which include Les Francofolies, a French music festival held in mid July, and a film festival held at the end of June and beginning of July. La Rochelle is not place where you need a car as bikes are the best way to get around. A train station can easily and conveniently take you to other parts of the region. Plage de la Concurrence beach is just a fifteen minute walk from the property.
