The deck off the living room wraps around the second floor of the house and offers views towards Monterey/Moss Landing while the deck off the Dining Area and Master Bedroom offers views towards Santa Cruz! Beach was a short walk from our home. Our large family was very comfortable in this home and the neighborhood was very quiet. Beach was never crowded and beautiful! Grocery stores were a short 15 min drive away- we had a great time and we'll be back!

This was our second time going away as a family for Thanksgiving, we could not have picked a more excellent place. There were 8 of us and it was comfortable, with enough space, and the view was amazing!!! The only disadvantage to the location was the tough hill coming back from Sea Shell Beach. My mom is older in age and this was a tough hill for her to climb. Other than that, we spent most of our time on the front deck enjoying the ocean views. I would recommend that the property come equipped with an ironing board.

Overall we really enjoyed the house and the location. It was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for except for the hot tub. The house is located close to many attractions that are a short drive from La Selva Beach.
