Sandra at Kendall & Potter was amazing. Due to illness in my family we were late at starting to look for our Christmas accommodations. She helped me find the perfect house for my family. And when I mean family there were 3 sets. My mom and dad, my sister, her husband and 2 children as well as myself, my husband and son.
We normally have to get 2 or 3 hotel rooms and it is usually a lot of time spent shuffling between rooms. It was great to all be under one roof. The beach was right there. You could be making lunch or dinner in the kitchen and be able to watch the kids playing in the ocean. I wouldn't have changed a thing about our vacation. It was perfect.

We have stayed here twice before and love the beachfront location. We knew that there had been a remodel but we were blown away by the amount of additional square footage and over the top upgrades! This place is like brand new. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counters and is to die for! The extra bedroom with bunkbed is great for kids. Nothing like the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night! Don't forget your binoculars. Every morning we saw dolphins and seals just of the break. We definately plan on coming back!

I would of like it offer more extras as far as toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, bath towels and trash bags!!! On all other kitchen items it was well equip with pots, pans, dishes etc... Have always loved the Sanddollar condos (having owned one at one time). Brings back lots of great memories and a great location!!! thanks, Robyn

All of our homes offer a starter kit for paper products and Trash bags. We do advise in all the paperwork to bring more. Some of our homes do not provide linens but we do offer a linen service for these homes at an additional fee.

We loved the beach, the view, and the appeal of the house where we stayed, but we were discouraged by the high rental price that did not include linens and required us to make all the beds at the end of the stay. Also when we first rented the house, we were told it was dog-friendly, but by Jan 2011, it had turned into a 'no-pets allowed' rental, so we had to quickly arrange for our dog to be boarded as well.

This is my third time in this unit and its always great. Very comfortable with a large HD tv in the livingroom and nice size beds. I would agree with a previous reviewer in that the upstairs loft bedroom really does need a fan as it gets very warm up there and this time we found the windows (on both floors) pretty dirty with lots of fingerprints and such.These units really do offer a wonderful view to the beach and ocean so I would have thought the windows would be a priority in cleanliness. Its a great location/setting and I don't think you would be disappointed.I'm coming back.

We had a great time until one of the homeowners complained about our dogs being in their front yard... they lived about 2 doors down in the same complex and even though we watched our dogs and picked up after them...they didnt want them in front... i felt was a little strange considering this complex allows pets! i dont believe they own the front drive ways or beaches...

I believe this is advertised as a 3 bedroom with a loft. There are only 2 bedrooms and a loft. Also, not enought storage in the kitchen due to locked cabinets.
Overall, however, it is a nice house.
Looking forward to next year.
