We stayed 6 of us from ages 11 to 82 over the Thanksgiving holiday at the beautiful 665-2?Bay Views. The view was beautiful..the kids loved the downstairs section..they called it their apartment. Beach was just down 63 stairs..good exercise. The 82 year old sat on the deck and truly enjoyed the view and ambiance. Service was excellent from the staff.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves and the fabulous view. The beautiful beach house accommodated our whole family and we loved the private setting. The first thing my husband would do, before he made everyone breakfast (his favorite thing to do when we are on a family vacation), was to open all of the shades and soak in the panoramic view of our beautiful California ocean. And the beach was so easy to walk to. We will definitely be back!

Our family had the most awesome weekend in Oct here on Sand Dollar Beach. The views were breathtaking & the beach was sunny & full of dolphins. Only negatives were the master bedroom did not have darkening shades & the street light outside was bright in there all nite. Otherwise we enjoyed all the rooms & especially the oceanview deck.

Our family stayed in this beach house for 5 days and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The home is awesome and provided everything we needed. I especially liked the fact that linens are included - we have stayed in the condos on the beach in the past and linens were not included which can be a major pain (bringing the right size sheets, etc). The location is excellent - although not right on the beach it's close enough that you can see the dolfins and seals from the livingroom or the deck. It's also just a quick, 10 minute drive to Capitola and our favorite hangout place, Zelda's. The downstairs floor has been converted to a large bedroom with a double bed and set of bunk beds (plus bathroom) which is perfect for the kids/teens. There is no down side to this home!

This is a wonderful vacation rental with a great location.
The house was at the end of the street, overlooking Sand Dollar beach. Its in a gated community so there is never any problem with street parking or congestion. Its near La Selva beach and away from the hustle and bustle.
The furnishings have been recently updated and everythings works well. The kitchen is very well equipped and looked brand new. There are three rooms on the top floor - one a master suite with its own bedroom.
There is another master suite on a lower floor, accessed via a spiral staircase that makes you feel like you are in a lighthouse. This lower suite sleeps 4 people and has its own entrance, tv and bathroom. This was very convenient as we had two teenaged girls and they made this their own private getaway.
There are fantastic 180 degree ocean views from the rooms and from the deck. We loved watching the ocean at all times of the day and were rewarded with close up views of dolphins and whales on many occassions (were were there in late October). We also saw many spectacular sunsets. The beach is a few steps from the house and very nice for swimmming. We were in the water several days. The kids liked looking for sea shells and there were plenty of sand dollars to be found.

8 adults stayed here for four nights and all loved the view and the clean rooms. The house is very homey...doesn't feel like a rental. The beach wasn't crowded and near steps to Manresa State Park. Only negative was the steep pitch of the driveway. The rental office staff were very nice and helpful.
