Situated on the La Terica Golf Resort in the Spanish region of Murcia over looking the golf course; this self catering apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 people. With two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. There is a good sized lounge/dining room to relax in; with patio doors leading out to a sun terrace. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops, hob, oven, fridge and washing machine.

Booking Conditions
The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve the property with the balance to be paid 5 weeks before arrival
For bookings of less than 5 weeks prior to departure, the full amount will be due at the time of booking
To enable us to maintain high standards, a refundable security deposit of £150 to cover breakages/damage is required with the final deposit please. This will be returned within 2 weeks after the end of your stay, subject to a satisfactory check-out with our property supervisor

Our two bedroomed apartment was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy - it was easy to feel at home as soon as we arrived.
Two bathrooms (one en-suite), and a kitchen that had all the essentials, including washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave. We arrived on a Sunday evening and a welcome pack awaited us which included eggs, bacon, bread, milk, tea and coffee.
The lounge had a TV/DVD and a Hi Fi equipment and a balcony that overlooked a swimming pool and the distant hills. Many facilities available on the resort site including 9 hole golf (to be extended to 18 holes), bowls, tennis courts, and a club house. For the golfer who wants an 18 hole courses now, there are many within easy driving distance (excuse the pun) around the area.
This is a great central point from which to visit the region. Murcia airport and the Mar Menor beaches are just 20 minutes away. The cities of Murcia and Elx (Unesco World Heritage site), The Sierra de Espuna and Cartagena are all an easy drive away (between 20 minutes and an hour).
Our hosts had even provided beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron, so we just needed to turn up and enjoy our holiday. Would definitely recommend this to friends (already have) especially as there is a special rate of £199 for a week (including school holidays) if you book now for the coming year - 2010 and 2011.
