Chalet La Luge is a stunning purpose built chalet in La Tzoumaz, Valais, Switzerland. The chalet has 6 en-suite bedrooms all of which can be made up as super king sized doubles or twins with quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton linen. Our guests are supplied with luxury towels, bath robes, toiletries and slippers to make their stay more comfortable. There is an open plan living/ dining room with real fire and a media pc, a separate TV room with cable TV and Wii, wifi throughout, a sauna and a hot tub on the terrace with stunning views.

Chalet la Luge, la Tzoumaz à côté de Verbier(Valais)
Si vous cherchez une chambre d'hote tres sympa,une etape gastronomique.la tranquilite et le tout géré d'une main de maitre par Mini et Dan, ne cherchez pas plus loin.
Un chalet a Tzoumaz , bien conçu et lumineux avec jacuzzi et sauna, salle TV et films, salle à manger conviviale.Mini, malgre ses origines anglaise-sic (cliché) prépare les petits plats gastronomiques avec les produits de qualite et une tres belle présentation et tous les jours les mets différents.Dan assiste en majordome discret (encore les origines qui sortent)et surtout il s'occupe bien du vin au repas (tous les jours un blanc et un rouge different)
L'apéro tous les soirs est accompagné d'amuse-bouches étonnants avant de passer à table.
On fait les rencontres insolites le soir au diner avec un mélange de nationalités entre :

The chalet is well built, professionally run and is kept absolutely spotless. Mimi is an excellent cook and every meal was a feast. We had the place to ourselves, which made it very comfortable. Dan was happy to take us to the village to pick up our skis and to the lifts in the morning - which was good as our non-4x4 would not have done well on the lane down to the chalet. A highlight was relaxing in the hot tub as the snow fell, but running (3m) back to the chalet wasn't so much fun. La Luge is indeed the luxury chalet that it is advertised to be.
We were lucky enough to have great snow on our week before Christmas. La Tzoumaz had so much snow that the runs/lifts were all closed on our first day and it took two more days before they all opened. With the lower blue slopes closed, it was not ideal for our beginner family who had to pick their way down a red run to the bottom. Once the runs and the gondola are all open, this problem goes away. The bus service is not frequent enough in that first week of the season, with some long waits (up to an hour). We used our rental car after the first waiting experience. -

Myself and a friend had an overnight saty with dinner at chalet la luge and the whole experience was fantastic. Mini's cooking was superb and dan's hospitality first class. I will definately be making return visits in the future.

Brilliant stay. You would be very lucky to find somewhere else that can match their quality and service. I would recommend this to anyone going to this area of Switzerland.
Great food, accomadation and facilities. The hot tub is great ! -

We were a party of 8 adults who stayed here for a week and everyone had a fantastic time. The Chalet is the perfect holiday luxury! The bedrooms were ideal, each with a super comfy kingsize bed and spotless ensuite bathroom.
There is plenty of space around the chalet for everyone, whether it be in the cinema room, tucking into some delicious meals around the huge table or just relaxing on the terrace, or our favourite pastime - the hot tub in the evenings!!
The hosts absolutely made our holiday, we were perfectly catered for, the meals were fantastic, couldn't have asked for better and we all enjoyed drinking plenty of the local wines together in the evenings!
We took advantage of their local knowledge, with recommendations of the best places to explore. We really enjoyed the mountain biking and walking trails, and also had a fab time wine tasting in the valley.
We're already planning a trip again for next year, and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!
