The 16th century Chalet Hinter-Breiteneben is situated in the heart of Austria. It fits your family perfectly, if you want to spend a private, authentic but yet elegant and luxurious holiday-time.
You will find time, strength and peace, whilst enjoying the luxury of living in your own family chalet. It is embedded by 20 acres of ecologically valuable meadow. A well equipped private garden, equipped with comfortable furniture, a private Panorama-Sauna and a HotPot, surrounds the house.

Arrival and departure daily (except for Christmas/New Year’s Eve). Arrival from 3 p.m. on. Departure until 10 a.m. . Earlier arrival or later check out available upon request.
Payment: With the booking confirmation we ask you to transfer an advance payment of 50 % within 10 days. If an advance payment is not booked to our account a tacit cancellation of the reservation can consequently be made.
A cancellation of your booking without any charges is possible until 24 days prior to your arrival. In case of delayed announcement of cancellation: 24-10 days prior to arrival 30%, 9-5 days 50% and less than 5 days 90% of the total stays value apply. We recommend completing a cancellation insurance.
Animals: with appointment € 15,00 per day.

Bis auf ein paar kleinere Einrichtungsmängel (z.B. in Zimmer/Bad tw. zu wenige ablageflächen) waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir werden uns gerne wieder für einen Urlaub melden.

We rented the house on a self-catering basis, so we didn't really receive any services. When we arrived, however, the house was in perfect shape. What we like best about it is the perfect combination of a historic building (including the furniture) with modern amenities (shower, TV, Wi-Fi etc.). The house is not really suitable for elderly people, though.
The location is wonderful, you are surrounded by nothing but meadows and forests. You need a car, however as the nearest village (Lunz am See) and also the nearest restaurant is several miles away.
Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with friends and family.
