We just spent our 6th vacation at Channel Cottages. The cottages are the cleanest I have ever seen anywhere. The grounds are always being tended to and updated. Every time we return something new has been added. Jose' is always busy beautifying the grounds.

Channel Waterfront cottages is the absolute without a doubt best place to stay in Laconia, New Hampshire! The cottages are walking distance to everything. You can walk to the boardwalk, go karts and even a water park. It is a very family oriented place. You are probably 5 minutes driving distance from anywhere that you would want to go in laconia. The cottages are very clean and affordable. The cabins are located right on the water and you have your own personal beach and little island when you have fires at night. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. The cabin that i stayed in had a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom but the cabins vary in size and rooms. I highly recommend Channel waterfront cottages because of the location, tidiness and friendliness of the place.

My fiance and our 3 year old visited Channel Cottages for the 1st time this July and it most certainly won't be our last. We are already planning our 2013 visit and bringing more family and/or friends with us. The family that owns and operates Channel Cottages are amazing and make you feel like you are a personal friend. Every person staying there had been there before and will be back, which says a lot about a place. My son had too much fun and hasn't stopped talking about it since we got home. There is endless amounts of fun to have, either right there on the property or a few miles around it ie' arcades, drive in movies, shopping, good food/drink, a beach and more. I would recommend this place to any and everyone!

We have been staying at Channel Cottages for approx. 8 years now and have met so many new friends there. It is clean, comfortable and relaxing. We love to wake up with our coffee and sit at the front of our cottage looking at the boats going by on the canel, and even taking a ride with the owners Stacey and Jose now and then. The hospitality of the owers is like you been friends with them for years. They are easy going and alot of fun when relaxing at the cabanna bar. We will be going back in 2012 and can not wait.

We stayed at Channel Cottages on several vacations and we keep coming back because they are wonderful people and they keep their cottages immaculately clean. The decor makes one feel right at home. The DeMatos' always accommodate us to the cottage we prefer right on the channel. We just love to sit out and watch the boats. We just love it so much we keep going back...If there were a 10 star scale to rate, they would definitely be a 10. They make their guests feel right at home.
