Description from the manager
Cute cottage with its own sandy beach, as well as use of two community beaches nearby. Covered boat slip, grassy yard and great views overlooking Paugus Bay. Nice spot for small groups and close to all Weirs Beach attractions. This one level cottage has two bedrooms, plus a loft accessible by ladder. Two bedrooms have 1 full bed each and the loft has 2 twins. The kitchen/living/dining area overlooks the beach and lake. No more then four adults may stay at the property at once, please.

No washer/dryer..Grill old/rusty/not clean/no gas. No a/C. Full sized bed in a master bedroom, room could fit a King. Good location, nice deck, nice kitchen.

We have rented this cottage for 4 years and it is great for us. My husband can bring his boat, if my grandchildren visit there is a small beach area. Anything we need is not far to go get, plenty of things to do in the area. And the most important thing, the cottage is so cute and comfortable.

We were nervous about this vacation because we had never rented a vacation home before. We didn't know if it would be big enough, comfortable or clean. What a lovely surprise! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute inside as well as outside this adorable home on the lake. Perfect size private beach for the kids, dock for hubby's boat and a fabulous deck looking over the lake. The inside was clean and well stocked with ammenities. Our only regret is not being able to stay for another week!

Great cottage. We have rented here for many years. Preferred rentals is a little out of the way for us, but well worth the extra time. Being able to leave the key at the cottage at checkout saved us about an hour and was really appreciated. Great experience every year.

Beautiful cottage close (but not too close) to Weirs Beach attractions, movies, shopping, etc. Sight-seeing train runs by cottage several times during day, but well-shielded by trees. Neighbors are friendly and overall feel is one of privacy, relaxation, and easy access to the lake.
