Great home located in the gated community of South Down Shores on Lake Winnipesaukee, just a short walk to the sandy community beach. This newer home features a great farmer's porch, sunroom and deck. There are 3 bedrooms, all on the main level; one with a queen bed, one with a full, and one bunk with a twin over a full bed. The unfinished basement has an additional TV. The garage is available for guest use. Tennis courts, playground, and walking trails are also there to enjoy. Close to many Lakes Region attractions.
