The deluxe privately owned ocean-view condominium on the east coast of central Vancouver Island. It is located between Ladysmith and Nanaimo in the village of Cedar. The condo sits on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property, enjoying the best location in the courtyard building with unobstructed panoramic views of the oceanfront and the Gulf Islands beyond.

The condo is an ideal year round vacation getaway. It is very popular with families in summer and as a secluded monthly retreat in winter. It makes for an intimate place to celebrate special events, such as a honeymoon, birthday or anniversary. It provides a rare feeling of privacy... and intimacy, away from the crowds. The relaxation, peace and tranquility is long remembered. Sandy, pebbled beaches, wooded oceanfront parks, stocked countryside lakes, and excellent golf courses, are all within walking distance or minutes away by car.

From all rooms in this condo you can see the beautiful bright blue ocean and sky. In the morning, the sun rise and in the evening, the moon ~ it is beautiful and breathtaking.

Two balconies, a furnished landing on second floor entering the condo and a private balcony off the living room allows you a beautiful place to enjoy breakfast, dinner or just sitting looking at the lovely sights surrounding the area. Other patios throughout the complex have BBQ's nearby, and the seasonal pool where you can sit in sun or shade enjoying the kids play in the pool and the hot tub while you look out over Blue Heron Park, the ocean and mountains while boats pass by. Truly a lovely place to be.

If you are an ocean swimmer, we have plenty of places to swim from, including the deep sea dock. If you enjoy fishing and crabbing this is the place to be, and at the back part of the property we have lovely large tennis courts and a small play area for your kiddies too.

Yellow Point is a small resort area facing DeCourcy, Ruxton, Pylades, Valdes and Thetis Islands. Unique to Yellow Point are its interesting sandstone rock outcroppings. The community offers a wide array of craft shops and cottage industries, with products ranging from stained glass to pottery, paper mache and linens.

Ideally situated between Nanaimo and the picturesque town of Ladysmith, Yellow Point is centrally located for day trips on the island, and the close proximity to Nanaimo provides convenient access to the amenities of the city and two of the island's major ferry terminals. Nanaimo Airport is also located right beside Highway 19 in Yellow Point.

  I have been coming to Inn off the Sea with my husband for 7 years. He has standing orders not to let me buy a unit because I would have at least 3 by now. Because we will not be retiring for at least 3 years, the best option for us is to rent. Each year, our stay at the Inn is as peaceful as it looks in the picture. How wonderful to have the comforts of home with the luxury of such an ocean view every day. Angela has been a pleasure to deal with. She is professional, accomodating and we have full confidence that our stay will be perfect as usual. And no we are not related and I do not receive any financial consideration for this endorsement.
