"Oh My Gosh, this is so beautiful and so large." That is usually the reaction when everyone walks through the front door of this beautiful contemporary home.

This is a perfectly located property that is so convenient to all the wonderful amazing sites all around the country of Belize. This property includes a free vehicle which gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace, then when you finish your adventure, come back to this beautiful home, blend up a pinacoloda and lounge in your private pool. Staying on the mainland saves you a lot of time and money because you can drive yourself to all the Mayan Ruins, cave tubing, canoein...g and hiking. You don't need to get back and forth from the island to do this, just jump in the car provided and your on your way.

This is a newly built contemporary home, with its open floor plan that allows everyone to participate in the fun. A great dining room table that seats 8 comfortably, right off the kitchen that is furnished with all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook up some wonderful meals during your stay. There is a Stereo with i pod connection, large flat screen TV, WIFI, and so much more.

You are located in a quiet, remote neighborhood, with the view of the Sea from the private balcony off the master suite or from the large rooftop verandah, where you can sit in the evenings and gaze at the stars and the full moon.

The large master suite, located up what looks like floating steps, has a cozy queen bed, and when you wake up in the mornings, just look out the sliding glass door to watch the sunrise without getting out of bed. It has a large walk in glass tiled shower with massage jets and a rain shower head.

Step outside to your private balcony where you can have breakfast, or an evening cocktail, while watching a possible manatee swimming the waters below.

There are two bedrooms, on the main level of the home. One bedroom looks out onto the pool and the waterside, with the cool Caribbean breeze blowing through the windows with a private bathroom. It is whimsically decorated and bright and cheery.

The second bedroom, with a larger modern bathroom is decorated in blues and browns which make you feel nice and cozy. All bedrooms are air conditioned for those possible steamy nights.

These bedrooms are separated by a small office space where you can catch up on your emails and send photos of your daily adventures.

All adventures are easy to get to. Want to try zip lining, or cave tubing? Visit a Mayan Ruin or two. Hike through the jungle and visit a tribe of Howler Monkeys. Or hop on a water taxi and walk the sandy streets of the islands. All this and more can be done as day trips

Ladyville is located close to the International Airport and about 14 miles from Belize City. It offers restaurants, and grocery stores, and conveniently located to get to all destinations within Belize. Lovely quiet neighborhood, friendly people, and ample parking for the vehicle that is included in your rental.

  I recently took my parents on a vacation to Belize. Having never been there before, we were unsure of what to expect with the living conditions. This Ladyville Luxury was beyond what we envisioned!!! Beautiful home with and incredible ocean-view!! It truly was like waking up, and looking at a portrait of paradise every morning!! And...Far enough away from the hustle and bustle (enjoy a lazy day at the private deck-side pool), yet close enough to only have a 15-minute drive into Belize City, or 30-45 minute drive to see the nearby historical sights (spending part of the day at the ruins or visit the zoo!) The owner of the home and her staff greeted us with open arms and were willing to help us in any way throughout our week-long stay! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!!! I can't imagine staying anywhere else upon my return to your beautiful country!!!
