In april/May 2012 we spent five lovely weeks in this apartment, felt at home as soon as we arrived. It isn't your typical budget kitted out holiday let, where someone is looking to maximise a return on an investment.
It's obviously a place where the owner spends quality family time, and as such it suitably equipped for every occasion, so that immediately after some necessary shopping, you can function as if at home.
The overall feeling is one of space, (there are 3 sliding patio doors in the lounge alone), the balconies being sited at both sides of the apartment catch the best of the sunshine for sun lovers, whilst the opposite balcony can enjoy the heat but in a shadier location for the non sun worshippers.
There is a lovely pool area, good for families, with a playground too close by, within the pool area.
At the time we were there, it was mostly a little too cool for the pool itself.
Eating outside is easy and a pleasure, even a stone BBQ is sited on the balcony for evening cooking..
Access to the all of the main town of Lagos, including the marina is easily walkable, and the bus station is only 2 minutes away.
The beaches are best got to by car, what with beach equipment etc, but there are many really easily accessible car parks within 50 yards of what effectively is 5 miles of beach, but there are also lots of other hidden quiet beaches spread liberally around the Lagos area.
Huge underground parking at the apartment, and a lift operates right to the front door...Nb no lift noise whatsoever.
Nice quiet clean part of town, and the apartment cleaners turned up exactly when they they had said they would.
Very close to good quality supermarket, I could be there and back with fresh bread, almost before the kettle had boiled!!
In conclusion a 'spot on' place to enjoy the town of Lagos.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and had a brilliant time. From the moment we made our first enquiry until our deposit was returned, we were in capable professional hands. Arriving at night was a bit worrying as it was so quiet we thought we were alone in the building, but by morning we came across many others staying. The bread, cheese and wine was a welcome gift for starving travellers. The location is great for the town centre and the beach and the supermarket is right next door. The apartment was so well equipped, spacious and in beautiful condition; we enjoyed staying in a few nights and ate outdoors on the huge balcony. Help was on hand when we needed it too. We would happly stay here again. Thanks.!!!

This was the third time we'd been to Lagos but the first time we'd stayed in an apartment. It was a late decision on where to stay and aileen couldn't have been more helpful as we had a very short time from booking to travelling. Rui, the property manager, met us at the airport and took us back at the end of our stay. He was very helpful and made us feel comfortable from the moment we met him.
The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the Marina, 15 minutes to the town and maybe 20minutes from the beach (if you walk down to catch the ferry boat which takes you across instead of walking all the way round).
The welcome pack was appreciated especially with us arriving late but there's a shop a few minutes walk away so we were able to get fresh food the following day.
The apartment was well laid out and had everything we needed. Our son loved the extra space in the main room/dining area.
I think my only negative was that there wasn't much space to store food as all the cupboards were full of plates, glasses etc.
We would definitely look to book here if we returned to Lagos for a forth time!

Everything about the apartment was excellent from initial calls with aileen through to the check in/out service which Riu helped us with.
The photos do not do this place justice, from the decor to the comfort. Being able to get sun on one of the many balconies at any time of the day was just amazing.
The kitchen facilities are very good and there is a lovely barbeque out on the balcony which is very easy to use.
The welcome pack is an excellent little bonus, and there's lots of info about Lagos in the apartment. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

We found our stay in Lagos extremely relaxing and this was largely due to the size and quality of the apartment. We travelled with family which included our nine month old son and the apartment was spacious and safe for him to move around freely and enjoy. It was equipped with all the essentials we needed to make our holiday comfortable with added extras like a decent coffee machine.The apartment itself was located in a central part of the town near the marina, which made getting around quick and easy.We would definitely go there again.

Great apartment in a good location for everything with wonderful sized rooms to lounge around and a 50 " TV for those sporting moments. How nice to veg out with a cocktail jug and watch wimbledon after a long hard day on the beach.

This apartment absolutely made our stay in Lagos and we had a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable time.
The apartment is the best we have ever rented. It is very well positioned in the resort and the facilities are excellent.
The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. It is furnished to a very high standard for a holiday home and it is very clean and tidy. Balconies to catch the morning and afternoon sun, and air conditioning in all the rooms, helped to make every day special.
We definitely look forward to returning in the future and would not hesitate in recommending it. Many thanks

My wife and I travelled to Lagos in September 2010. We were traveling with our 4mth old daughter, two other couples and an 18mth old. This location was perfect and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of accomodations. A short walk to tennis courts, restaurants and the beach. The condo was clean and spacious with modern amenities. We had access to underground parking which was an added bonus.

Spacious and modern!

My husband and I did a long term rental (2 months) at the condo. It was very spacious and modern and the owner was very responsive to any needs we had for this long term rental. The location is very convenient for bus and train transportation as well as to the centre of Lagos. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved the location, the apartment has "wow" factor. The pictures can't show the feeling of space it has. It was so hard to leave. The location was ideal, 10 minutes from everything. Would love to go back again and have recommended to everyone I know!

We loved this apartment. It is really central, 5-10 minute walk to the main square and to the beach. The furnishings are to a high quality including the balconies which are both sides of the apartment allowing shade or sun at all times of the day. The apartment is fully air conditioned but wasn't really necessary as the breeze keeps the apartment cool. The check in was easy thanks to Rui and the cafe in the apartment block was lovely.

We had a a fabulous holiday. We had never been to Portugal and loved everything about Lagos. The weather was brilliant. The appartment was amazing and everything we could of wanted. The location was great and in walking distance of everthing. Would definately like to return!

We had a super holiday, a very positive experience despite Icelandic volcano deciding to erupt during our stay and disrupt our return home. Aileen, Rui and all concerned were so helpful, allowing us to extend our stay at minimal cost and helping with arrangements as far as was possible.
The penthouse is fab - decorated to highest standards and all you could possibly need is on hand. Would recommend to anyone. -

Our first stay in Lagos and we will definately be back. The apartment was so comfortable and spacious and kept immaculately clean. We loved the fact that you could stroll into the centre of Lagos in 10 minutes with its many fantastic restaurants and be able to go back to the peace and quiet of the apartment. Definately will recommend.
