Newly Built 42sq/mt studio set at rear of privately owned villa, having use of the pool. Ideal for 2 persons wanting a quiet week of relaxation, yet an easy 5 mins drive into Lagos town, the cosmopolitan marina, Meia Praia or accross to Praia da Luz. Local village cafes / snack bars within walking distance
Essential & basic kitchenette with fridge freezer, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, utencils etc.
Seperate walk in 'wet' bathroom, shower, basin and WC.
Double bedded, (or can be twin bedded if preferred) 2 seater sofa, DVD, TV, light & airey.

Quiet & relaxing location yet a short 5-7 minute drive into Lagos with its cosmopolitan style modern marina or to Praia da Luz. 20 mins walk to the beach of Luz and 15 mins to the local village of Espiche. All amenities close by.

Rates are in euros for maximum 2 persons. ideal for couple wanting a quiet escape, yet within a few minutes drive to local amenities. A young child / 3 rd person is possible on a Z-bed €40
A vehicle is recomended. We can arrange a small car from May & June €150euro's - July/Aug/Sept €190 euro's all inclusive per 7 days, subject to availability.
Shuttle mini bus and taxi service also available on request. But a car is recommended
The local bus stops at the top of the urbanisation on the main road, for routes to Lagos, Burgau, Salema, Cape St Vincente on the west coast.

Spacious studio; friendly hosts and accessible location. We had a car so could travel either to Lagos or Luz or on some days further afield to Burgau and Salema all within 30 minutes. John and Fiona the owners were available to offer information about the area if needed and also provided an information pack in the studio.

First class meet & greet, with easy directions to follow from faro airport. The accommodation is comfortable and suited us for our 5 day Easter break. Kitchen is basic, but has good new equipment. We had our evening meals out in Lagos, 5 mins drive away. Lunch was at the beach bars either closeby at Praia da Luz, or Salema. The location is ideal for those who want peace and tranquility, yet have the freedon of a car for exploring the area. We enjoyed the local bar in the village Espiche 2 mins drive away, although we did walk back once!
We had the freedom of the garden, enjoyed reading by the pool and listening to the birds. I would like to return sometime when the weather is warmer and we could then enjoy a swim in the pool.

I would recommend anyone booking a stay in the Algarve to call Algarve Travel Solutions 1st.
Fiona was a very easy person to speak to and handled all of my travel needs in one call (brilliant)!
Upon my arrival i found everything to be exactly as it said on the tin and my car was ready to pick up straight away.
A 5 min drive to center of Lagos and a lovely peaceful pool outside the studio.
The studio is superb & spacious with a kitchen and everything is brand new.
I will definitely be booking again.
