Charming villa placed in Luz Parque is a small and well-treated residential area close to the lovely village of Praia da Luz. This villa is situated above the sea with a wonderful sea view. Fences, hedges, flowers, old trees and lawn areas guarantee privacy as well as a large pool terrace with BBQ area. The house is constructed in two levels: downstairs there are the two bedrooms and the bathrooms, and upstairs, there is the living area. Garden furniture and sun launches you find on both terraces.
