Great Property. Location Location Location- This is a Great Vacation Property!!!!! Off-Street Parking.Park your car and walk to everything. Laundramat with excellent wash and fold service less then a block away. You Can't Get Any Closer to Town!!! Sleeps 6-8.Neighborhood: Downtown

Great LB city center location. Park your car and walk to beach, restaurants, etc. Property has one of the best equipped kitchens of the many condos we have leased over the years. Appealing artwork from gallery throughout. No problem with noise even with PCH traffic. Pamela is an excellent host immediately addressing issues.
Not a convenient property for guests with heavy or multiple pieces of luggage. Lots of steps to negotiate from parking space in back to 2nd floor condo in front.
Shower water temperature in main bathroom cannot be controlled and shower is unacceptably small. Basically cannot be used leaving one shower for all guests to use. Not a problem if only 2 guests.
Would recommend based on the above positives with consideration given to the steps and shower issues. -

From the moment my family drove into Laguna Beach for Spring break, we had the most enjoyable, and by far the most RELAXING vacation to date! The beaches in Laguna are fabulous, so when our original plans fell through, I was able to regroup and book this condo. Its location is absolutely perfect—right across the street from Main Beach and within walking distance of a whole slough of restaurants, art galleries, and one of a kind little shops. Ralph's is 2 blocks away, and Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are also close by. The condo is perched on top of an art gallery (be sure to go downstairs and talk to the very nice sales people who have great restaurant tips) with no connecting walls to anyone else. We parked the car, trotted up the easy to climb staircase and basically didn't have to drive the rest of the week. The condo itself is unique, having the ability to blend some of Laguna's better quirks (e.g. an actual little stain glass window off of the breakfast nook) with enough modern amenities to ensure everyone INCLUDING moms have a relaxing time of it. There was plenty of room to hang out in the living room and play board games, watch Cable, and listen to tunes by the fireplace. I was impressed with how nicely stocked and applianced the kitchen was--no food processor, but I survived with my portable hand chopper :-). The living room has windows and sliders facing the beach, and a balcony perfect for enjoying the sunset. With so many options, my family and I had the flexibility to eat in or out, saving us a fair amount of $$. We had friends over several times and became quite popular, as this is a perfect setting for get togethers and great memories! Although located right off PCH, all the windows are double paned and quite sound proof, which we were relieved to discover. We have already booked another week this summer and are REALLY looking forward to going back!
