Come enjoy Laguna Beach in this studio apartment in the Village. The apartment is attached to a 1920's cottage. It has its own entrance & deck with lounge chairs and a BBQ for grilling. The unit is 250 square feet (excluding deck space) with a new queen size bed, 42' flat screen TV, small sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom. The property is three blocks from Cleo Street Beach. It is also close to a local Grocery Store. Downtown and Main Beach are a short 10 minute walk away. The unit has a designated parking space right in front. There is a minimum stay of 4 nights. This is a studio apartment in the heart of the Village of Laguna Beach. The beach is 3 blocks away. It is a quiet area with beach cottages, parks and great walks. The grocery store is two blocks away and downtown is 10 minute walk away. A block away is a great community pool (heated during winter months) as well as Tennis Courts.

I write this review as a resource to those travelers who appreciate access to healthy and affordable food. (As to cozy, clean, and peaceful accommodations, I concur with all the other positive reviews.)
Bottom line, this wonderful studio apartment is a short walk from The Stand, which has been a local vegan institution since the 1970's. It is open from 7am to 7pm, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Unbelievably, the food is super affordable. Bottom line, the stress of the vacation is greatly diminished, because The Stand is there waiting when you don't want to waste time traveling far and wide for real food.
As an added bonus, the apartment is across the street from a high school with a beautiful running track, complete with stairs in the bleachers. Great way to start the day if you like running, cross fit, etc.
This was one of my favorite getaways. I hope to return.

This studio was absolutly perfect for my husband and me. We were visiting Laguna Beach for my friends wedding and this was not even a mile away from the venue. We walked down to the main street for breakfast and a stroll. It was so fun and close to everything! If I ever travel back to Laguna, I will be staying here. In addition, the property owner was more than informative, very thorough with directions and instructions and easy to do business with.

This studio was a perfect place for my stay. It's very close to everything, including a grocery store. The patio/deck was a great place to sit and read and relax. The studio itself was very clean and comfortable. I certainly would stay here again.

My husband & cat enjoyed our Laguna stay in this great little find! I especially like the kitchenette windows & deck that open up this small studio to a garden feel. We ate out during our brief 2-day stay but had we stayed longer we would have made use of the grill & kitchenette. Bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was so quiet at night compared to home where we reside near a freeway. We decided to drive into town due to the unusual heat but the location is close enough to walk to main beach & town. Jill was incredibly responsive to our last minute booking, very easy! We will be back!
