This 3 bedroom, 3 bath upgrade spared no expense. If you enjoy fine architecture and attention to detail you will wonder at the quality and workmanship of this home. The paneled ceilings were painted by Thomas Wells, who painted the Venetian Hotel and Buckingham Palace. The patio doors open to bring the heart and soul of Laguna Beach inside. Blue Nile marble counters adorn the gourmet kitchen. Marble floors throughout the home with Rain Forest green marble in all the bathrooms. Interior pocket doors were imported from Italy.
