Beautiful location, house, furnishings... light and airy, quiet, lovely views of canyon and the humming birds in the trees by the deck were amazing. We were two families 4 adults + 4 kids (13-19 year olds). Plenty of space for us all. Laguna has something for everyone, beautiful beaches, lovely restaurants, art. House is located at the top of the canyon with walks, running, cycling just outside the door. Couldn't have asked for more. Janna made us so welcome and even went out and bought us a kettle when she realised we were big tea drinkers! Absolutely perfect stay. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful, relaxing piece of paradise!! We were two couples, and this home was perfect in every way for us. From the tasteful decor and artwork to the beautiful, sweeping views of the canyon through large windows and from multiple decks, we enjoyed relaxing and taking a moment out from life in this little piece of paradise. The kitchen was well-equipped. The whole house is well lit and airy with pretty views from most every window, of which there are many. We had a garage to park in and plenty of room. The bathrooms have wonderful rock accents which were just fun! And I loved waking up in the morning to the gorgeous view from the master bedroom and only the sound of birds tweeting outside ... did I mention it was sooo relaxing!!?
Janna also met us with the keys and showed us around the house and made some wonderful restaurant recommendations (Anastasia's and Tabu Grill - yum!). She is very nice and pleasant to work with, and we definitely hope to come back! -

It's difficult to articulate how tranquil and peaceful this place was,
it was so good I felt compelled to stay for more than a few months.
While stunning vistas abound, you also feel like you are in the lap of
luxury as Janna takes great pains to ensure that all amenities are top
of the line. Despite the feel of getting away from it all and pure
solitude, this unit is only a mere five minutes drive up hill from
Laguna Beach and its plethora of galleries and multiple dining options.
It is truly a unique experience in of the most desirable and
stunning locales in all of the US. -

I consider my husband & myself to be picky, seasoned travelers. While planning our family Christmas trip, I wanted to make sure everything would be as perfect as possible. I spent hours looking. Then, I saw stay on the "Top of the World". My heart skipped a beat, could it really be so beautiful? Could the owner really provide 4 Seasons like service? It appeared that it could keep our entire group happy. Close to Disneyland, to the beach, 2 great parks within walking distance, shopping, tantalizing restaurants, mountain biking, & hiking right out the front door, amazing views, & a magnificent home to be our base camp. Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus!!! It was true!
From the first communication, everything in between, the promptness in the return of our deposit, our experience with Janna and her beautiful home were nothing short of making us feel like we were indeed on "Top of the World"! We did not want to leave!!!
The in between would include Janna's attention to every detail, her cheerful willingness to truly make our stay the most enjoyable possible. Too many personal touches to list here. But a few would be the house was decorated Neiman-Marcus beautiful for the Holiday, luxury bedding, everything you need to prepare meals, a book filled with helpful info...the Moroccan room...aaahhh, fireplaces throughout, a very beautiful art-filled home. Yet warm and inviting. Our family said it was the best Christmas ever.
Our favorite thing was the constant changing scenery in the canyon below. Hours would be spent there just looking at the wildlife, and marveling at how beautiful the view is.
Awesome location. Close to downtown Laguna, yet you feel far away from the pace & people in your private oasis.
Since we can't live there, we are anticipating when we will return to visit! Seriously nothing is like being On Top of the World! Thank you Janna, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We enjoyed it immensely!
