Please check availability on our calendar below- we would love to have you visit our our very special place! Our guest cottage is a Craftsman style cottage nestled behind our primary residence. The cottage, roughly 600sqft, was originally built in 1936, but recently completely rebuilt and remodeled in 2005. This smoke-free abode is surrounded by a large, lush garden with an outdoor dining area. The cottage offers a huge panoramic ocean view.

After two weeks travel we have had a very warm and lovely welcome! That was really nice. We enjoyed the stay very much. The cottage lies in a wonderful garden with many tropical plants and has a nice view on the ocean and sunset. The cottage is not the biggest in size but has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. The residential area is very quiet. The owner, who lives next door, is very helpfull and cares for her guests. We definitely enjoyed the time, also because of the restaurant (Mozambique) and beach tips by the owner. You can walk to the beach and citycenter.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is quiet, clean and charming with a lovely view of the ocean in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach or downtown Laguna. Host was very gracious and made us feel welcome. Good value for area and we didn't feel like tourists... More like home!

Compliments to our accommodating and attentive hosts for providing their hospitality and generously leaving a nice basket of goodies. I will always remember it fondly. Each of our days beginning with the cool morning's seaside breeze gently waking us, blowing through the open windows and sweeping over our resting heads on soft pillows. From the same windows' vantage point, once having rubbed the sleep from our eyes, we immediately enjoyed the sweeping view of the coast below. I loved arriving at dusk, only to realize my surroundings and the existing vista by day. Natural light streaming through another window encased by white wood molding, brightened the cheery kitchen which overlooks a burgeoning hillside garden. Just steps from the cottage door, succulents thrive and the purple blooms of a jacaranda tree wave in the wind, so as to welcome cottage guests. The kitchen is more than equipped to handle the necessity for a cup-full of coffee, which was the extent of my cooking endeavors personally; But given one more day, I would have cooked a pancake breakfast while overlooking the hillside garden. Instead, I suppose I was enticed by the two brightly colored adirondack chairs, resting atop the hill in the shade. Delighted by the ambience, I relaxed beside a charming tree-swing, suspended by ropes under a sizeable branch. I kicked back in one of the blue chairs, relaxed and read. Engrossed in my novel, and charmed by the property, I realized I couldn't remember when I last sat outside just to enjoy a good book... The beach cottage is absolutely enchanting and reminded me nothing is better than life's simplest pleasures. The morning breeze, the warmth of the sun's glow, and the beauty of spring's blossoms, were all heightened by the company of my handsome, chivalrous boyfriend, visits by our friends, and the provisions offered to us by the hosts. I hope to return to this wonderful place again and again!

This was exactly how the owner described it and more. Its cute and has everything you need. The owner is wonderful, very helpful. This was our first time trying out rental properties (as oppose to hotels) and we loved it. Totally recommend it.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beach cottage last summer around the 4th of July. Everything about the cottage, it's location and my stay was awesome. The cottage is located within walking distance of the main drag in Laguna, and most importantly the beach. The cottage itself is cute, clean and spacious, with a wonderful view of the beach and surrounding areas. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and there is actually a nice little park nearby. The cottage is located off the house and up a level, leaving tenants to their own "come and go" situation, which was nice. The owners were great people, very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
