Just two blocks from the beach, Laguna Village and restaurants, this two bedroom house is the perfect get-a-way. Las Casitas, as it is called, built in 1929 has been renovated for comfort and charm. One bedroom has a twin bed, the other has a full bed, and there is a pull out queen sofa in the den. A delightful covered patio is great for relaxing, and there is an outside patio downstairs as well with a patio table and seating for four. My friend and I stayed here October 6-13, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Anything you could possibly want in a vacation home was provided! We flew in from different states, and decided we didn't even want to deal with a car. The location of this property is perfect! We could even hear the ocean in the morning hours. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Several excellent restaurants were well within walking distance, and we spent every day walking the ocean shores. It was so nice to come back at the end of our day to a quiet, cozy and comfortable home! If the opportunity arises where we can revisit Laguna, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Our week at Laguna Beach "Las Casitas" was delightful -- such thoughtful considerations for our comfort made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed the fun decor. We were so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We can't wait to come again.

Location is everything, and this place had the convenience of being one block from the beach, a couple short blocks from downtown, and within ten minutes of at least five good restaurants and a Starbucks. It was quiet, quaint, clean, and impressed both of us as one of the most "legit" Spanish style houses in which we have ever been. Amenities were well-thought out and complete, and we thought the rate we paid was really fair for what we got. We'll be back, for sure.
