3 Bdrm, 3 1/2 bath, bonus room, sleeps 10 comfortably. 2 miles up the hill from Main Beach. Huge deck and great backyard. Very quiet neighborhood but close to all of Laguna's charms. Located walking distance to amazing running and bike trails, park and tennis courts. Fabulous Ocean Views. Sleeping arrangements include: Master-Cal King size bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 have two twins in each. Bonus room has big couch, sleeps 3 kids easily, and upstairs living room has queen sofa sleeper.

Top of the World is located about two miles up the hill from Main Beach. It is in a great quiet neighborhood but very close to all the action. During this time period the bus and trolley system is complimentary so it is easy to hop on the blue bus right at the corner, one house up, and then take the open trolley to all the fun restaurants, entertainment, movie theaters and beaches or just to stroll PCH. Also trails for walking and biking and park and tennis courts within walking distance of this property.
