TRANSPORTATION-

The Summer Trolley picks up right in front of the house every hour and takes you down to the beach or the heart of Laguna Village where you’ll find all the fantastic restaurants, bars, shops, and art galleries. (Free for Children 7 & under/ 75 cents for Adults)

We are nestled in a majestic quiet canyon just a stone's throw from the fun and action downtown. Double wide lot with No neighbors in front or to the garden side. Perfect for those that want to relax and rejuvinate.

After a day at the beach, you can relax on the deck, BBQ some dinner, and enjoy amazing sunsets over the ocean. If you crave a world class spa experience, Surf and Sand Hotel and Montage resort are only minutes away. Or, we have Laguna's best massage therapists that can come to you.

CHILDREN'S PARK
Bluebird Park is a great place to 'park' the kids to swing, slide, crawl and climb in a safe and secure fenced playground with great new plastic slides, swings, tunnels, and places to climb.

MUSIC IN THE PARK
During summer months there are free Concerts in the Park on Sun. afternoons, at our award winning Bluebird Park just 1/2 mile walk away. Pack some snacks and wine and picnic on the lawn. Rock, Reggae, Blues, and Zydeco will get you dancin' barefoot in the grass.

TENNIS
Free 'Tennis Court in the Trees' just a 1/2 block away. Two loaner rackets avail. for use.

HIKING
If you like to hike, there's a gorgeous ocean view hiking trail that starts right next to the house - almost nobody on it.

NEARBY
We are about a 30 minute drive to Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm; about an hour to Seaworld, Legoland and the San Diego Zoo, and we are about an hour plus from LA and Universal Studios.
