Set high above the Pacific Ocean and with 270 degree views of the surrounding hills, View of the Sun offers both sunrise and sunset views. With one of the best vantage points of all our villas in California, this extremely private property is located within a gated community.

After a day at Laguna Beach, come back to View of the Sun and relax by the lagoon-style pool. Guests travelling with children will appreciate the added safety of the pool’s gates. In the evenings, lounge on the deck and watch the sunset or the city lights in the distance.

View of the Sun is located less than 2 miles from three popular beaches, where you wil...l find a wide range of outdoor activities and watersports. From kayaking to snorkeling and beachfront fire pits, there is so much to see and explore.

Inside the craftsman style home you will discover vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and a 2-story layout with both an elevator and stairs. The spacious family rooms are ideal for entertaining; you will even find two couches in the kitchen!

The half acre property is planted with fruit trees and is located near an easy 3-mile hiking trail that follows the Laguna Beach mountain ridgeline – ideal for a sunset stroll.
