From the moment we walked in the door and out onto the lanai, we new we were coming back. The condo is very clean and updated. Although there is no air conditioning the cross breeze kept the condo real cool and comfortable. We loved being right on the beach. The BBQ area is a great way to meet new people and is also very clean. Parking is great, there is a little general store that you can walk to for last minute items or a bottle of wine. We enjoyed every minute of our experience there. See you next year!

Left on 04/25/2012 for a stay in April 2012
Napili Bay was a beautiful beach with excellent snorkeling - that's why we chose this location. No dissapointments with the snorkeling with some good coral heads and lots of fish and turtles. Prepare for a busy beach with lots of people... not a secluded beach by any means. It's surrounded by condos. This condo was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable bed with all the amenities you could ever need. Sunsets were stunning. Apparently a good breakfast spot 100 yards to our left on the water, but we did most eating at the condo. We did eat at the restaurant at the north end of the beach and had an excellent late lunch with several delicious appetizers and drinks at happy hour prices.

Left on 02/12/2012 for a stay in January 2012
The first thing we noticed was how beautiful our unit was . . with granite counters, beautiful cabinets, stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal! Then we opened the back door and wow, what a view!! Next, we noticed a gift basket with our names on it containing many wonderful hawaiian treats from the owners. A bag of ice was waiting for us in our freezer, also. Love is in the details! From our lanai we watched the whales play in the distance and the sea turtles eat and rest where the waves break on the shore.
Everything you need or want is there . . washers & dryers, ice machine (for all units to share), our unit had 2 body boards, beach umbrella, some snorkel equip, beach towels, beach bag, beach chairs, rain umbrella and all the usual stuff you would expect.
One more thing I think is worth mentioning is the comfort of the bed.
Very, very comfortable!

We had the most wonderful Christmas holiday and your condo was a huge part of that! It is a beautiful and well kept "home away from home". The updates and furnishings were 2nd to none. The view was stunning although the protected tree blocked some of it. We even had a monk seal rest on the beach directly in front of us! We will definitely come back and hopefully be able to stay at 106! We will cherish the memories of this trip. Mahalo!!

We chose Napili Bay Resort based on Frommer's recommendation and the Napili Bay Resort website, but were a little concerned that the condo would really be as good as both made it sound. It was! Frommer said the studio condo was small; We felt we had plenty of room. The kitchen was modern and very well-equipped (we cooked most of our meals), and the king-size bed was very comfortable. We were glad to have both the laundry and barbeque facilities. And to have our own beautiful beach right outside our lanai was very convenient and delightful. The only drawback was the noise from the ocean--it was constant, and did keep us awake at night until we (sort of) got used to it. I think reviews of the condo should mention this for people who are sensitive to noise.

We had a wonderful time. We had everything we could possibly need. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed and sofa. I loved that the furniture on the lanai was bar style. So you could see well over the railing. Also loved that the fridge came with an ice maker. We are "beach people" so it was so nice not to have to get in the vehicle and drive to the beach. Snorkeling was terrific!

We loved the beachfront location, great for sitting on the deck in the morning people-watching with your coffee. The condo is recently (and nicely) remodeled, and had a well-appointed kitchen. The bed was even comfortable. For a small unit this was very well laid out.
Snorkeling in Napili Bay was better than that trip to Molokini that we payed for. Next time we won't bother with the boat trip. -

Thanks to the adams for the warm welcoming gift. This was our first stay at Napili Bay. We found unit 106 to be clean, modern and fully equipped. Recommended by a friend, the accomdation exceeded our expectations. Best memories will be falling asleep and waking with the soothing waves just off our balcony and daily snorkeling with sea turtles and colorful fish and coral. Napili Bay is the best beach we have found in all our Hawaiin visits.

My sister and I spent our teenage years on this beach so we loved returning and spending time here before a family reunion on Molokai..The condo was lovely with every convenience up to date. The owners left a lovely gift of Hawaiian goodies we enjoyed as we spent time on the deck watching others on the sand right at our feet. The bed is so comfortable;the furnishings are reflective of Hawaii; the fancy shower cooled us off ; the ocean waves lulled us to sleep;the sand warmed our feet; the turtles mated at the waves edge... We would rent this condo again and again. Thank you so much for making our 5 day stay perfect. Mahalo, Vivan R.

Besides the amazing location literally just a few steps from Napili Bay, this condo had everything we could have wanted. It was spotless, with a great kitchen and comfortable living area. The surf was a bit loud during a storm, but that just added to the experience of actually being on the beach.

Left on 08/30/2010 for a stay in August 2010
We knew we were in for a treat just coming to Maui and were especially ecstatic knowing we were staying in Lahaina area. We have stayed in Napili Bay a few times before so was very much looking forward to its laid back pace that can only be labeled as "island style." On this trip, we were coming in from Oahu where we were there for 2 "tourista" whirlwind days so were very much looking forward to some bumming and soaking in Maui's natural beauty.
All our expectations and then some were met at our condo. We were beyond pleased when we stepped into our actual condo and were welcomed by a basket of goodies (even had Cookkwees), breezy spaciousness (for twirling happily), fully equipped kitchenette (for preparing yummy local eats), comfy furniture (for pure getting really good sleep, and lounging with Maui onion chips and cold beer), cleanliness (very important), and overall, good style/design (island themed, and elegant). We enjoyed watching some Food Network/Travel Channel once we got back to our room on the flat screen TV. We also enjoyed falling asleep to the crashing waves at night right outside our windows and hanging out on the lanai in the morning watching the sunrise over the water. We enjoyed the 30 second walk (it really is a 30 second walk!) from our condo to the beach. The beach itself was very scenic and romantic, with tidepools and awesome black lava rock formations to the south, Molaka'i west, and to the north, more peaceful resorts (Kapalua is also very close). The condo also provides body boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and an umbrella, all in fair condition. We enjoyed the location also. It's a 2 minute walk to eat at The Gazebo restaurant. A 3 minute walk to snorkel with tons of honus (my favorite part) as well as other colorful fish! A 15 minute drive to Front Street where all the shops/restaurants are located. We really can't wait to come back soon to this unit. Maybe in the spring so we can see the whales from the lanai...:) -

Aloha. We absolutely loved our stay at the Napili Bay Resort. Our Unit 106 was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Stock up at Costco right by the airport - the big fridge and freezer will hold all the food and beverages you need for the week! The complex has two gas grills, this makes barbecueing very easy. The beach is one of the best on the coast, with great swimming and snorkeling. Listening to the ocean waves each evening is awesome too! While relaxing on the Lanai we saw brilliant rainbows stretching from Maui to Molokai, gorgeous sunsets, whales breaching off shore, and giant sea turtles bobbing in the waves. We highly recommend this condo as the perfect place to stay in paradise. Mahalo.

Our weeklong stay at Napili Bay Resort Condo 106 was fantastic! The condo, beach, location was a perfect fit for us. Not one complaint and we will try to stay there again if we ever get the opportunity. As other reviewers stated, there really isn't a reason to leave the area. We snorkeled, relaxed on the beach, boogie boarded, watched whales from the beach and from our lanai. We wished we could have stayed a lot longer!

Everything was just as we expected. The key was in the lock box as instructed and a lovely gift basket was waiting for us on the counter. The condo was very clean and decorated tastefully. The grounds were well maintained and the staff we encountered were very pleasant. The barbecue area was very clean and convenient to use. The sunset dinners from our lanai were better and more relaxing than we had in any restaurant. Napili Bay is a beautiful beach but the surf was high the first 5 days we were there so swimming wasn't great although there were plenty of people who didn't seem to mind the big waves. The beach is very active in the day but as soon as it gets dark everything quiets down. I must admit the surf is very loud. It took us a few days to get used to it but we both grew up around the ocean and we love the sound. There is a general store just down the road with all kinds of supplies and there are restaurants within walking distance. A shopping plaza with a grocery store is also very close by. Parking was never a problem at the condo. Kapalua Bay is within walking distance and is somewhat calmer for beginner snorkeler's. We definitely enjoyed staying in the condo more than our 3 nights at a fancy resort. It was so much more relaxing and you have all the comforts of home there as well.

The location is perfect. The condo was clean, neat, very nicely done with a newer
kitchen and bath. It came with lots of goodies, like boogie boards and beach chairs.
We watched the incredible sunsets right in front, on the sand or from the Lanai. We
loved it so much, we had to make ourselves go visit the rest of the island. You can
eat in or dine just down the beach. Close enough to Lahaina to shop, go to a Luau,
or hop on a boat for a variety of activities. Loved it that we could go out and snorkle
every day. We saw turtles right in front. Beach even has a little shade, which was
especially nice for families or the easily sunburned. It was our best vacation ever. -

Can't praise the owners and management of #106 at Napili Bay enough. We
just got back from the most amazing week in memory, and this was largely
due to such a hospitable condo experience. The beach is a leap away,
snorkeling is good, turtles frequent the rocks / coral to the right, and there's
even a great little restaurant/bar walking distance up the beach in a
neighboring condo that made the whole bay a treasure. The condo had all
amenities of home that we needed-- we cooked a lot and the kitchen was
stacked with all the right things... cookware, spices, towels, and a dishwasher.
#106 was extraordinarily clean, and felt cozy from the walk-in. The lanai was
our favorite spot where we enjoyed our meals as we look over the beauty of
the island. Huge thumbs up-- we're so going back. -

ridiculous to ever leave our condo, The beach is like, 30 steps away

You cannot get closer to the beach then Napili Bay Resort. It is great
to be so close and be able to go back and forth from the beach to your

save money, but is great to be able to have the luxury to eat in the

You know you've stayed someplace special when, after more than a year, you still smile when you see a picture of it. In fact, Napili Bay was so wonderful, I have a picture of the view from the room as my screensaver. Napili Bay is in a quiet area, with easy access to the rest of Maui. The beach is imaculate and gently slopes to the ocean. There is a beautiful shade tree right outside your door and it doesn't get too crowded because it is in sort of a cove. We were there for our 25th anniversary and found it perfect for our needs. The unit was quite clean, the bed very comfortable, and the tiled bath was great. Everything was modern with a wonderful, fully equipped kitchen. I prepared several evening meals and breakfast every day, which helped maintain our leisurely pace. It was truly magical to fall asleep every night to the sound of crashing waves just 50 yards away. We were there in June and it was perfectly lovely, no air conditioning was necessary. The view from this room is spectacular and we saw several rainbows after early morning showers. It's just a short ride to some great snorkeling and all the other attractions and about 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Laihaina. My son plans to honeymoon in Maui next year and I will definitely recommend Napili Bay!

We spent a week in this condo for our honeymoon. Everything was beyond perfect...from the lovely gift basket awaiting our arrival to the gorgeous sunsets we viewed everynight from our lanai. Check in couldn't have been easier, as all we had to do was key in the code we were given and there was our key! No long lines like in a hotel. (same for checkout) The kitchen was fully equiped and top of the line. The condo came with all sorts of beach toys and chairs so it was nice not to have to rent those separately. There were plenty of towels and supplies stocked within the condo...never ran out. The beach was fantastic. After touring around the island and checking out different beaches we were the most pleased with Napili Bay. Perfect white sand and nice calm water. There was an awesome tree right on the beach and it provided us with shade when needed. We saw lots of turtles and even a monk seal on the beach one day!
We would return to Napili Bay in an instant and probably stay in this same room again - absolutely zero negatives. -

We stayed at a Beachfront unit 106 at the Napili Bay Resort last summer and it was better than we could imagine. The location is perfect- right on the water. Napili Bay had such a private family feel to it. It was not crowded, but the people who were there seemed to be locals. The room was just as i was on the internet, very updated and beautiful. It was nice to have a TV that had DVR, not that we used it that much. The balcony is right on beach and has wonderful slatted windows that open.
It was incredible and I would stay there time and time again.
It was very easy to make the reservations and I always had a response quickly.
I would reccomend this place to anyone!
