This luxurious 1 bedroom unit in Kahana has ocean front views and its own private lanai (the Hawaiian word for furnished patio). Enjoy stunning sunset views over the water from the comfort of lounge chairs on the lanai. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a television. The couch in the living room is actually a queen size sofa sleeper, allowing for up to two extra guests.

Beautiful and clean condo on the ocean with an awesome view. All ammenities were in the condo and we will stay there again.

Very nice unit, clean, good views of the ocean, quiet and comfortable. Only negatives were the kitchen not well equiped for more than 4 or 5 people at a time. Not enough dishes, wine glasses and serving utensils. Fridge was missing some shelves.

Condo was generally great. Location was wonderful. Small issues: no spatulas or dish brush in kitchen. We bought them. Main issue was shower. Only a half door. It was impossible to keep water in shower and off of bathroom floor. The one floor mat provided was always wet for second shower. We had to dry it outside every day.
2nd Comment--spouse: Condo had great location for convenience, view, accessibility, privacy. The mattress was great--didn't have a backache the whole week. At my age, this is very unusual. However, there are two deal breakers for me that will make it doubtful that I will rent this unit again. First was the shower and its open end. It might be popular in Europe but I very much disliked its messiness.
Second was the all-tile floor (except the bedroom).
I hated it! After walking around all day, there is nothing better than kicking your sandals off and letting a soft carpet pamper your feet. That sensation was, obviously, lacking in this condo. Of course these are just my opinions; other people might have opposite viewpoints.
We will likely explore other units in this complex.
We both like the location as it is on the beach and very near our niece who lives in Kahana.

Views are un beatable, and locaiton is close to many activities and beaches. We truly enjoyed our time there, was only 3 nights but well worthed. The only draw back i would say is that the unit is very close to the barbeque grill so around dinner time there are many people around.

We've chosen this area of Maui for return visit because much of the rest of the island is now very busy, congested roads and crowded beaches. This location offers a quiet, off the main road loation with great views of Molokai and the auau Channel. This unit was recently renovated and very clean. Minimal facilities for children (has pool), no beach on property (next property over) so adult oriented. The management company, Chase 'n Rainbows is very organized, on-line rental & sign-in/out simple. No problems during stay.

Mahalo Chase N Rainbows for a lovely & super clean unit #216 and really great service! We booked this unit at the last minute when we had to cancel our trip to another island due to an injury. This one bedroom unit has been fully renovated and is deceivingly large and spacious, with a large lanai ( balcony) that is feet from the ocean.The photos on line don't do it justice, and the exterior building is nothing spectacular, but when you get inside all is well. We were able to see turtles and watch the whales in the distance right from our lanai, and the sunsets were beautiful. Clean BBQ grills and nice grassy area plus a pool. Although they do not have their "own" beach on the property itself, there is a fairly large expanse of sandy beach adjacent that is accessible and very nice.
Quiet and located in an area that has all you need to make your stay enjoyable.
The free parking is an added benefit as so many other places charge extra to park.There is also an elevator.

216 Unit was very nice, only issue was in the kitchen, not enough wine glasses and kitchen untensils ie ice cream scoop. Fridge does not match the high quality of the re-model - too small and no icemaker. Had to move to unit 210 due to a plumbing problem - Chasen R'bows very responsive to problem, thanks. 210 was also a very nice unit except TV is outdated, too small - needs 32 inch flat screen to match other condos we visited

We loved the home.... newly re-decorated ... great bathroom. Fully equipped
modern kitchen. We ate most of our meals on the porch with the water view
and sound so beautiful. SUNSETS ARE GLORIOUS
Location is perfect .. a great community at Kahana Reef ... Quiet and friendly
Everything worked, we would do it again.
I really dont have anything negative to say about the place or the service .
I dont think a family would enjoy it as much as adults do, because of the
calm atmosphere. -

Nice little diamond in the rough! If the master Bed was to be updated we would come back again and recomend to many others. Our Backs were very sore after just 4 nites! We liked the quite and location to the ocean. Also clean and tidy just right for us.

The only thing missing was BBQ utensils.
