We rented #402 for 2 weeks. The condo was immaculate and well maintained. It had just about everything you would need. The view was outstanding. The manager of the complex was friendly and with the help of his employees, keep the place spotless. Newly remodeled bathroom, with tile throughout the condo. On the downside, there is no beach, traffic noise can be bothersome and they really need to get the condo a larger coffee pot and beach towels. Chase 'N Rainbows did a good job in taking care of a problem we had with the dishwasher. We would rent this unit again and use Chase 'N Rainbows.

We had a great stay in Kahana Reef 402. Great condo...we love being able to settle in to "home" on vacation. Beautiful views...always stay ocean front! The turtles play in the water in front of the condo most mornings and some evenings too. The kitchen is beautiful, very nicely done. We did really miss having internet access. We've always had that other places that we've stayed and we definitely missed it. It's helpful for planning and finding things locally. Also missed that for airport check in ahead of time. Outside of the lack of internet we didn't miss anything else we needed during our stay. The condo is beautiful and well stocked with the necessities. We were given the wrong key code for the lock box so were frustrated with that...we arrived late in the day and were very tired so it was concerning when we couldn't get into the condo. No fault of the condo owners though. When we called for help it took a little bit but the correct code was located and we were then able to get in and rest!

It is a very nice place, well maintained, and in a quiet section of West Maui.
The thing that most impresses me is that it's obvious the owners are paying attention to the little things that enhance your experience. It's a very well stocked kitchen (some rentals have the bare minimums)and they have a cabinet with beach essentials, books, games, etc. Some places we've been to it seems like the very least possible you can get away with is the norm, but we definitely didn't get that feeling here. It's like they kept thinking of what we'd need next, or another small way to make our vacation much better.
