Ocean front on North Kaanapali beach. An ocean front bedroom allows for a greater view in this nicely appointed Standard unit. Watch TV in the living room or in the bedroom. The in-room safe provides a secure place for your belongings. Next to the kitchen is the large dining room table that seats 4 people. There is a ceiling fan above it. The sliding glass door leads out to a balcony which has a table set. The living room has a sofa and 2 chairs surrounding the TV.

I'll try to be concise. Unit #906 was spacious & private. View of ocean was superb. There was new tile throughout & bathroom had a new tiled shower. Tiny ants were crawling in the grout in between the countertop tiles in the kitchen. The day after we arrived we called Chase N Rainbows and reported the ants & 2 minor items. The sliding glass door off the bedroom dragged & the coffee pot top was broken.We were told not to leave any food out, which we did not do. No one bothered to correct any of the items & we were there from Sept 21st until Oct 2nd. We had planned to cook a few meals, however, we quickly decided against it, as ants were always present in the kitchen. We only left food out long enough to toast bagels & fix oatmeal in the morning. We had bought ant traps the day after we arrived, but they didn't seem to help. The location of the unit was perfect for us and the pool was a few feet from the ocean. In summary, we came to Maui to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Although the condo & lanai were lovely, the place is not suitable to inhabit. We would not recommend that anyone stay in unit#906 until the place has been fumigated and the ant problem in the kitchen has been solved.

We would like to comment on several items posted here. The lanai door was in fact repaired the same day it was reported. When the guest called to report the ant and coffee pot top issue, they told our agent that they did not require a new coffee pot to be sent out and said they were letting us know for reporting purposes. Secondly this guest also reported to our agent that they did in fact go to the market to purchase and set bait for the ants. At no time did these folks call our office back to tell us that the ants were still an ongoing issue. We explained to this guest that pests can be an issue in a tropical environment, but there have been 2 guests who have stayed in this condo since this guest was here and there were no evidence of any ants in this condo. Had we been given the opportunity to resolve the pest control issue we certainly would have done so. This condo is NOT infested with ants and does not require fumigation. This condo is perfectly lovely and clean and has an amazing direct ocean front view.

Great location. Close to major hotels for shopping and dining.
Small complex but with all of the amenties. Pool, coffee bar. It is right on the beach - what a great view. Staff was very friendly. The only negative is the our room was in desparate need of new carpet and flooring. It was dated and worn.. Clean but dated and worn. The view and location made up for it.

Nice property. Needs some updating but I would recommend it to a friend. Ice Maker didn't work. Leaked on the floor. Easy fix.

Absolutely loved this place! Amazing location and views. Well stocked with everything you would need. Not as updated/modernized as other condos, but the bed is comfortable and why would you want to stay inside when you are on vacation in Maui?!

Nice standard condo with outstanding view from deck and all windows - Well stocked with electronics, towels, and kitchen appliances.
Housekeeping service once a week excellent.
Husband is in a wheelchair - very easy to maneuver around except the bathroom which we expected.
Only complaint we would have is the carpet was very stained from, we suppose, previous guests.
Also, they mean checkout @11 AM. We took a load to the car and when we returned it was 11:10 and we had been locked out of the condo. Had to call for a new entry code to retrieve the car keys and check to make sure we had everything.
Well worth the money for the privacy and view.
