Looking for a two bedroom ground-level unit in North Kaanapali? Your search is over! Nothing is left to be desired in this remodeled unit with partial ocean views. Comfortably able to sleep six guests, it features a master bedroom with a king size bed, a guest bedroom with a queen and twin bed, as well as a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Another attractive add on is the private lanai (Hawaiian word for furnished balcony area) which overlooks the putting greens and koi pond. For your enjoyment there are TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room and for your convenience, a washer and dryer unit is available in the unit.

This was the third time I stayed at Papakea Resort, the first time in this particular unit. The last time was over 15 years ago and this time was as lovely as the first time.
The grounds are immaculately maintained, quiet and comfortable. It felt like home which was perfect after a full day of beach fun. The grills are great as are the putting greens, pool areas and koi ponds.
I have recommended Papakea to all my friends and family. The location is perfect, the price is great, condos are well equipped for eating, sleeping, and doing laundry. It is in easy walking distance to stores. I love that it is right on the ocean, but it doesn't have a beach, so we explored all over Maui and discovered many amazing places- which we might not have dome if we had a beach at the resort. Not having a beach makes it quieter than the other resorts in the area. This is great for families and older people who like a quiet place to go to after a long day of sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling and beaching.
We also enjoyed the Local Expert presentaion on our first morning and were able to book all the activites we wanted through her at Papakea. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

My daughter and I stayed in this unit in May. The payment and check-in process worked out just as it should have. The unit is very well-kept and attractively decorated. Our views were beautiful-we could see both the gorgeous gardens and the ocean. The sunset view from our lanai was spectacular. We would love to return to this unit!

Great service dealing with the chas'n rainbow people is easy and friendly. We enjoy the Condo have been staying there yearly for many years. Very comfortable and relaxing. Clean and organized. The location is great, scenic views and close to the pool and ocean beach front.
We just love it there. Our home away from home. -

hi all
we did enjoy our stay in Maui. i found it noisy on the main level and had fonder memories of the waves lapping near my ears from the Royal Kahina from last year...no views here either to speak of even though you suggest it on your write up. Nice Pool and activity areas! had no beach in front of property but just a short walk to find some sand and snorkelling was good too! Overall good...enough space and beach supplies were great. We had lots of things to do and plan! Hawaii is a great vacation paradise! -

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Papakea this Christmas. The property itself is immaculate and very well maintained. The room was above our expections - the location was perfect; great view of the ocean; perfect access for our kids to use putting green, shuffleboard, and pool areas; the room amenities including inflatable and sand toys were a nice touch; and the size of the room was perfect for our 4 person family! Only negative is the noise outside the bedrooms... while there is 'quiet time' from 10-7 which is pretty well followed - if the windows are open you do hear every conversation and footstep of people walking outside the bedrooms which can be frustrating. Perhaps floor fans or a/c in the bedrooms would help eliminate the need to have the windows left open. Also because it is a main floor suite, it would be nice to have tile in the living area instead of carpet which is hard to keep clean walking in and out of the condo from outside. Overall though, the room and resort are fantastic - what a relaxing holiday in beautiful Maui and the proximity to restaurant, grocery store, and the beach walk make it a perfect choice for any family.

Having such a nice large unit on the ground level was perfect. Our kids played around the pond and on the putting greens for hours while we sat on the patio. Could not have had a better vacation!

Nicely rennovated unit, that is your home away from home. The lovely pond right outside the lani door, with the birds singing is a lovely way to start and end your day.

Had a great stay at Papakea. The weather was fantasic, thanks or ordering it for us. The Condo was in great shape, the cleaning staff were thorough and friendly. The condo is very comfortable. The only concern was with the wirelss set up. The system was down for long periods of time. For anyone having to work while they are away can get pretty frustrating. Something to look at for the owners at their general meeings. Otherwise absolutely FANTASTIC!

It was a nicce, clean, fully serviced unit that we would recommend to anyone. The overall facility was excellant. Our stay was enjoyable and we will probably stay there again.
