Oceanfront and on the third floor in Kahana, this unit was recently remodeled and has everything you need. It has amazing ocean front views and can comfortably sleep up to four travelers with it's king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. There are ceiling fans in the unit to keep the air at a refreshing temperature, or step out onto your own private lanai (the Hawaiian term for furnished patio area) and enjoy the natural ocean breeze. Wifi internet is provided free of charge in this unit, as well as a large, wall-mounted, flat screen TV with DVD capability. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower (no tub).

This was one of the cheaper rentals in Maui so I was a little concerned but figured we didn't plan on spending our vacation indoors so I went for it. We were beyond pleasantly suprised. The water is a few feet from the deck, you can enjoy watching sea turtles while eating frseh fruit for breakfast, the place is amazing!!! There is no aC but why would you want it when you can listen to the surf. You can create a nice draft from the front through the back easily. It is on the third floor with no elevator, so yeah you have to take that long 15 second climb up the stairs...a total who cares for us. The place is nice and clean and I plan to schedule our days for next year as soon as possible. This place is great!!!

We loved the room, especially the privacy of the lanai.Would recommend it to family and friends. You get to watch the sea turtles just below and the whales in the distance. Unfortunately, you don't have beach access, but we found incredible beaches 5 minutes north. Recommend Papalua for snorkeling. Much prefered this condo to the one we stayed around Kaanapali which was busier and noisier. Will work with Chase 'N Rainbows again.

This unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevators so getting a lot of luggage in and out could be a struggle. There is assigned parking so you dot have to fight for a tiny spot like at the resorts. It is quiet! Really serene and peaceful. Location was amazing, looking out the lanai all you see is the ocean. The room was very clean and comfortable for me and 2 other girlfriends. The price I got for the room about $90/day plus a cleaning fee really could not be beat for what I received. The location is away from the more congested areas of kaanapali, yet close enough to my favorite beach, napili.
My real only gripes about the place are very minor- although oceanfront, the room was not beach front, and the closest beach was a good 15 minute walk away. The room also did not have a/c, but as long as the windows were open you got a good enough breeze blowing through. Also as a condo rental, there is no daily maid service which I didn't mind, but you will bar to take out your own trash every day to avoid bugs!
This was a really nice unit in an amazing location and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the peaceful beauty of Maui. -

The check in and checkout process was simple and quick. We not only received great service but had an excellent time in the condo unit. The location was amazingly peaceful and had a great view of the ocean and we even saw sea turtles from the balcony! Overall an amazing and stress-free vacation made possible by these wonderful accommodations!

This studio was perfect for my husband and I. For those looking for more info on the unit here is some additional. There are plenty of bath towels, toilet paper and tissue are provided as well. There is a microwave, blender, toaster and a few pots and pans. Personally, I do not feel it is a spacious enough kitchen to cook large meals. We ate breakfast though no lunch or dinners in it. The lanai is fabulous and there are boogie boards to borrow and an old bike to ride though we did not use it. There is a very nice stereo with an ipod base if you have one. The unit is very cozy for a couple to stay in and if you are staying during whale watching months, you can catch whales jumping in and out of the ocean from afar. Occasionally, you will see some turtles but thats a hit and miss. For the price, the location is great, 5 minute drive to Kaanapali. There is no beach access though you can walk next door to Hololani and walk the beach. (Beaches are public)I hope this helps for those who may be a little more curious about the unit. Its a wonderful studio to stay in and I would stay in it again!!

Very well appointed condo, just a few feet from the pacific ocean shorline, as advertised!!! Never been to the island before this visit. Just memorized the location, and the key access code, and we were in the condo less than 30 minutes, after picking up our car. Great location, great all around value...

We spent a wonderful 10 days here in September. Check-in was very easy with the clear instructions we received prior to arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and the very large lanai is almost directly over the ocean. Who needs air conditioning when you can leave the lanai door open and fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing ashore. The only downside to this unit is the lack of a sandy beach. As long as you have a car there are several good beaches nearby. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. Service was very good with the place being cleaned midway through our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good value in paradise.
