Aloha and welcome to what we call Sunset Shores Maui! We are delighted to offer our oceanfront 2-bedroom 2-bath condo to be your home on Maui! It comfortably and conveniently accommodates 4 guests and is furnished in a tropical style. Your condo, located on the second floor of this low-rise resort, is ideally-located for privacy and relaxation. If you are coming to Maui to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island, the sea, and the landscape, then this is where you want to be.

Our condo has two bedrooms; one on the main floor and one upstairs. Both have new plush queen-sized mattresses. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower and the u...pstairs bath has a shower. Linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. Our condo and its lanai are non-smoking.

The living room has ample comfortable seating, a cathedral ceiling, cable TV, DVD, a stereo system with CD, and a wonderful view of the ocean, the grounds, and the pool! You have your choice of dining inside, or outside at the table on your lanai - either is a great choice! The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances, dishwasher, dinnerware - everything (except the food) you need for a great meal. There are several grocery stores close by and the local farmer's market is within walking distance.

The resort has 2 acres of lush tropical landscaping and a great location on the west coast of Maui. The heated pool has a wonderful ocean view. Orchids even grow on our trees! The grounds are spacious, relaxing and so tropical. The Tiki Deck is one of a kind and something for everyone to enjoy. It is located over the edge of the ocean and is a gathering place for guests at the resort. Equipped with tables and chairs, it is a great place to just relax and watch the ocean, a beautiful sunset, enjoy your morning coffee, or a sunset dinner. The barbecue grills are located on the deck. It's also a wonderful spot to watch the sea turtles as they swim by. And perfect for visiting with other guests and making new friends.

Our location is 5.5 miles north of Lahaina, midway between Kaanapali and Kapalua. We are conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. But, most importantly, we are far enough away from the noise and congestion of the busy resort areas so that you can enjoy the natural beauty of Maui, which we assume is what you came for.

As the owners of this condo, we obviously think that it's a wonderful place to stay. After you have stayed here, we are sure that you will also agree. We have taken care to furnish it to be comfortable and have everything you need for your vacation. And the views and sunsets... well, you will be amazed!
