We enjoyed our stay in Papakea B109. We've stayed in many units here and found this particular one to have the best location, close to the pool and grassy area. The sunset views were amazing. The unit was sparkling clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the new kitchen and the additional TV in the bedroom. We plan on returning next year!

B109 is situated nicely with a good view of the ocean. The condo is fully modern and has air conditioning, which is a must regardless of what they say about ocean breezes. If you need/want wifi access this is not the unit for you, the signal quality is very poor in this location. The pool and Bbq's are right outside your patio - very handy!

This is a lovely, comfortable place to spend your time in Kannapali. It is the nicest of any of the units I saw at Papakea. Immaculately clean and very well appointed.
The "beach" in front of the resort is not able to be used as it is too small so that is one drawback. The staff could not seem to maintain the heaters for the pool for the entire 10 days we stayed there so that was another drawback.
The grounds are lovely and well maintained. It's very quiet and peaceful so that is a plus too.

This was our 16th visit to Papakea We have stayed in a variety of different units. This was our first stay on the ground floor and we liked it very much.
The only complaint I could make was the mattress on the King bed desperately needs to be replaced.
Chasen Rainbows took care of everthing, our maid service was exceptional, very well cleaned.

I've stayed at the Papakea many times and this is the best unit I've had. Everything was first rate. Also, the location is terrific, ground floor, close to the pool and Bbqs, with a great view of the ocean and sunset from the lanai. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. If I have one complaint it would be that the bed, which is very comfortable, can also be, um, somewhat noisy... It creaks and groans at the slightest movement. Perhaps it needs a different type of cover for the mattress?
I usually rent through aston but with them you never know what unit you're going to get, and what shape it's in, until you get there. I've had a few occasions where I've rejected a unit that was in poor shape. With Chase N' Rainbows you know exactly what you're getting, a real plus.

Everything was great except for the bed comfort and the early morning wake ups. Almost every morning we were awaken by construction people yelling, or lawmowers/weed eaters. Better windows would have been greatly appreciated.

We have been in Papakea resort many times in different units. The B109 unit has been beyond our expectations. It has been very well kept and well equipped. its ocean view is spectacular with a swimming pool that enhances your BBQ experience to the maximum; Bbqs are arround the swimming pool with ocean in front of you.

The condo we were in was great except for the living room ceiling fan which we never got to work, even after calling Chase 'N Rainbows for help. Had to have the air on the entire time and that didn't reach the bedroom too well. Otherwise the location, amenities, cleanliness, comforts were all fantastic!
