Description from the owner
Oceanfront one-bedroom condo with views of Lanai and Molokai. Each unit is furnished very tastefully including handmade Hawaiian quilts. Imagine yourself sitting on lanai sipping on a mai tai and watching the sun fall into the Pacific Ocean. During months November through May, the Whales frolic right in front of you. Turtles abound all year. The units are not air conditioned but have ceiling fans in living room and bedroom and the trade winds blow most of the time. There is a TV in the living room as well as the bedroom.

We are located about 15 minutes north of Lahaina, about 5 minutes north of Kaanapali. Kahana is one mile north, Kapalua is about 5 miles north. We are in Honokowai just steps from lovely outdoor fruit & vegetable market.

Hawaii state tax is 13.42%. No other fees. Cleaning fee is only charged for stays under one week. It is $125.00 We run specials April 15 - Dec. 15. Please check for specials. High season is Dec. 15 - April 15. The cost is $185.00 per night.

At reservation we request a $500 deposit by credit card, then the remaining balance 60 days prior to arrival. For the balance, we prefer checks, but accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex with a 3% fee. (note: no credit card fee on the deposit)
Cancellations - You can cancel up to 60 days prior with a $50 cancellation fee. Within the 60 days prior, we refund based on how many of your reserved day we can book. Travel Insurance is recommended.
