Location excellent. Service excellent. Home was average because there was minimal dishes and cutlery. The airconditioning only worked in the bedroom and as such there was significant temp swings between rooms and during the night when for noise we turned the bedroom air off.
Pools were excellent as were the bbq's
Enjoyed our stay as we really enjoy Kapalua and this complex -

My husband and I have been renting in Kapalua for 6 years in a row now and this was our first stay in this condo. We paid a bit more and didn't mind based on the description and the photos. We arrived on Saturday, January 28, 2012 and were even more pleased when we actually saw the layout, furnishings and amenities. It was 3 days into our stay and we were so pleased we decided to book this unit for 2013 and paid out deposit. Then on the 5th day, the perfection was spoiled. Guests arrived in the unit above us and every step and opening and closing of a drawer could be heard and felt below. It was absolutely awful! We live in a condo in our permament home and realize there is some noise that goes along with that. This experience was beyond tolerating and we were so very disappointed and changed our booking for 2013. We feel really bad for the owners because they have this condo so nicely furnished, it's an ideal location and layout but the upstairs unit spoils the entire experience which is why we title our review 'a real shame'.

Mahalo for the time you took to post this review. I am so sorry that you had to experience the loud neighbors above. We have been managing condos at this resort since 2009 and this is the first time I have ever heard a complaint about noise from a neighboring condo.
I am glad however that you decided to give us a second chance and book with us again. We look foward to seeing you in Maui again soon.

We enjoyed this condo so much. It was like staying at home, it was so nice! The lanai was immense and facing west over the 11th hole of the Kapalua Bay Course was just awesome, particularly when we were viewing the glorious sunsets. We had a nice pool a few doors down that was great to have an evening dip in or to bbq our evening's food. The restaurant at the golf course is awesome and has great specials every night. Several fabulous beaches are close and snorkling is great for some of them, particularly when viewing the fabulous green turtles both from the water and the sand! It's not that far to drive into Lahaina and make a day of it there shopping and dining. Truly a divine experience that we would highly recommend! We're already figuring out when we can get back next!
