Whaler 965 is a studio ocean view condominium located on the south side of Tower II. High above Whalers Village, this unit offers expansive views stretching from the West Maui Mountains, south to Lahaina and out to the neighbor island of Lanai. Enjoy afternoon sun on your lanai, breathtaking sunsets and whale watching in season. King size bed.
All units feature full kitchens, full baths, central air conditioning, and a large private lanai (balcony).

My wife and I stayed at the Whaler Studio 965 in December 2012. We had an amazing time! The front desk personnel were nice, the check in process was easy. The room was perfect! Nice kitchen, big bathroom, the bed was extremely comfortable. The lanai was out of this world with the view of the ocean, whalers village and the hills as well.
The location is ideal. Right next to Whalers Village and restaurants and shops, 3 hotels down from black rock and excellent snorkeling and you can swim right out in front of the condos in perfect water!
I would recommend to studio and the Whaler condos in general to anybody, great price as well. -

Very well maintained unit. 965 has upgraded kitchen and bath. Very clean.
We like it to be close to the beach, and 5 minutes to Black Rock where kids can snorkel. -

We always stay at The Whaler because our family has timeshares there; in 2010 our family group was too large so the two of us rented a studio and found it a very nice experience. We had a kitchenette so we could cook, access to a pool and best of all, we were close to The Black Rock where we could snorkel. Every day we walked up and down the beach and inland as well, where we see various species of birds. We drive to the Lahaina Pali trailhead south of Lahaina to hike, north to Kapalua Resort where we take a free shuttle to the arboretum and views of a wildlife refuge/rainforest. Our favorite restaurant is Leilani's, just a short walk away at Whaler's Village, as well as the Whaler's Museum at Whaler's Village. We always got what we needed if we asked.

We loved the studio condo. It was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated,very clean, great view. We were there 2 yrs ago and had the same experience, so that's why we returned to the Whaler. If we ever return to Maui, it will definitely be at the Whaler.
