Whaler 1211 is a one bedroom, two bath ocean view condominium located on the popular courtyard side of Tower I. Its 12th (top) floor location provides a great vantage point to enjoy views of the West Maui Mountains, Kaanapali Beach and the neighbor island of Lanai. The lanai receives full afternoon sun. King bed in master, queen sofa sleeper in living room.
* This condominium has a washer/dryer.
All units feature full kitchens, full baths, central air conditioning, and a large private lanai (balcony).

but after cleaning the floor the accomodation was

This apartment provides views of the mountain side as well as the ocean thereby guaranteeing rainbow sights almost every day. It is a corner unit at the upper most floor so be prepared for some winds from the East and West.

We rented from Monte Fitts, who was wonderful to work with. Unit 1211 leaves a lot to be desired. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart, wall decor over livingroom couch is in shreds, one easy chain in livingroom should be removed. When you sit in it you sink so low its very hard to get out of. Bathroom floor stained. Decorations look like they have been there forever. Doesn't show any pride of ownership.

Great ocean view / 3 minute walk to Kaanapali Beach & the restaurants & shops at Whalers Village . Immaculate grounds & friendly staff / Underground close in parking was a nice perk / Easy access to the highway to other areas of Maui / Our unit was roomy with a full kitchen & 2 baths / Nice hot tub & pool but the pool was a little small / Our unit was good but needed some updating in the bathrooms & carpets/ Huge lanai with both ocean & mountain views / Had a problem at check in due to a room change because of the construction @ the Whaler / Front desk was not advised of the room change / Every thing turned out ok /
