From the time you open your front door a magnet pulls you across the room directly to the balcony. It takes a few swallows to get that lump cleared from your throat. Curitiba - BrazilGreat place to discover the island

First of all: Read the book that they made for the tourists. Just for that worth all your stay there. It will save you a lot of time and help you to plan your trip. Beside that, the view is awesome. The balcony for a breakfast is great. Everything is clean and comfortable. Is not too fancy, but great for a couple. Has a barbecue facility, pool, and a good beach. Watch out for the rocks when you enter in the ocean. It's really easy to see turtles around. The Lahaina St. is not far to see a lot of restaurants and stores.

Albany, ORAmazing view!

While the unit itself is no frills, the view from the lanai makes this condo the the best value in Maui! It's beautiful! The service we received was excellent, the unit was bright and clean, the kitchenette while small, was fully functional. The Murphy bed was not the most comfortable, but being able to see the ocean from the bed and listen to the waves all night long made up for that.
The location is ideal, a short drive to our favorite beaches, as well as walking distance from many shops.Response from Maui Lodging Properties LLC - 06/27/2012

A great value. Breakfast on your balcony facing Molokai. You can't beat an off-season price of $99/night (in 2012) for an oceanfront studio with a full, if small, kitchen. You health nuts, there's a full-service gym (not included) in the same building. And unlike some condos, you don't have to fight for a parking space. You even get an recently-updated bathroom. The only downside? It is a studio, so if you're not used to the smaller size, spring for a slightly more-expensive 1BR unit.
We had two minor problems, internet connection and microwave, but the property manager fixed them within one day. -

This unit is really good. It has a great view from the living room as well as a bedroom balcony. It has many nice amenities needed to stay for for a week or longer.
Several things that need to be addressed though. The drapes are old and ripped, doesnt give a comfortable setting.
The toaster only works on 1 side and burns whatever you put in it.
The unit is on the corner and since the wind blows most of the time, it creates a wind tunnel when the front door is open. Some plexiglass wind blocks at the entry door would be helpful and be safer.
We would rate it a 7 out of 10.
