We lived in this property for 5 nights and overall were quite happy with it. The property condition was a bit on the dated side but functional. The best of this property was the ocean view from the lani. We cooked a lot and was impressed with the collection of cookware and utensils.

the Water pressure/water temp was terrible- otherwise very happy with everything else-fix that and I will come back and stay 10 days on my next visit in August

Overall the experience at Hololani was great. The units interior is extremely dated. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. Other units in the complex have been renovated and are certainly more appealing.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Maui, the accomodations were perfect for our needs. We really appreciated the fully equiped kitchen and the poolside barbacues as we enjoyed sharing meals together in a home like environment.Your condo was a perfect find for us. Thanks.

Very prompt service received to repair the garborator and ceiling fan. Unfortunatley the washing machine and dryer we still non functional however I understand that the owners approved the replacement.

We have stayed at the hololani many times, and love it. This condo was pretty good, but could use a little updating. New kitchen stove and fan in back bedroom did not work. But overall, stay was fantastic! Whales,turtles,snorkeling, cooking out at the poolside as the sun sets under tiki torches and watching a gecko play with a friend. If you do not go you are cheating yourself.

B803 was nice but needs a kitchen upgrade. Ceiling fan in living room didn't work. We appreciated not having the afternoon sun that A building gets. The proximity to petrol, convenience store, restaurants, etc was excellent without having the large crowds found at Ka'anapali. Short drives to Honolua, Kapalani, Napili, Ka'anapali, and Lahaina. Excellent management. Wonderful bargain for our group of 22.

The unit was everything we expected it to be - clean, great location and right on the beach / water. Yes, it could use some updating (i.e. pink cabinets and bathrooms) but we saw the pics when we rented it so were were not surprised, and the movable wall provided only limited privacy for those staying in the master bedroom, but again, we were well aware of this when we rented as the management company was very open and honest with us. So no problem. Overall the property was great – love the pool, the BBQ’s and being right on the beach. Parking was easy, and the drive to the beaches and Lahania were not bad at all. Everyone was very friendly, the management and staff, as well as other vacationers and full time owners. We met many nice people in the pool, and found the place to be very kid friendly (as was most of Maui thankfully !!) Thanks for the great unit and great views, being home now I really miss hearing the ocean all day and all night long !
