This very private villa is located in one of the most rare and breathtaking locations in all of West Maui. Located in Napili, a small peaceful residential community nestled along the coastline, where you may vacation in seclusion and quiet.
This beachfront estate is situated with a sandy cove beach entry, perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, and viewing turtles underwater. From this beachfront estate you will view Lanai and Molokai Islands with panoramic ocean and brilliant memorable sunsets. Also include in this picture can be turtles, Humpback whales, Spinner dolphins, occasionally the... Hawaiian Monk seal, and assorted tide pools formed of ancient lava rock.

3 deluxe en suites with King size beds with the finest linens plus a 1 bedroom deluxe
en suite with queen size bed, a full office, and a self contained deluxe kitchen. Includes
HD/DVD/Music Systems and Plasma TV’s. The master suite includes a large 2nd. story
ocean front deck with panorama ocean and island views.
LIVING ROOM:
Over looks the oceanfront with 55” HD Satellite TV system. Also includes is a stereo
sound system with over 300 CD’s in a Sony Mega CD play system with many famous
artists some that have actually stayed at this villa.
GOURMET KITCHEN:
European style kitchen with Granite counters and Italian Pear Wood cabinets. Also
includes a full array of quality cookware and glassware for any type of dining.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
50 feet of Front Deck, Teak lounge deck chairs, teak Oval Dining table, teak
round “Chat” set all overlooking the blue Pacific. A custom stainless steel BBQ center
with refrigerator, 2 burner stove top for the finest outdoor cooking and entertaining. A
private sand beach at water’s edge with Teak lounge chairs and music system.
EXERCISE/PAVILION:
This attached covered lanai has it all for a perfect workout. Trotter Treadmill, 2
recumbent bikes, light workout weights, sauna, and a swim against the current exercise
pool. Also includes a comfortable lounge area with a HD Plasma TV.
WATERFALL JUCUZZI:
Relax right at the ocean front viewing the beauty of the islands of Molokai and Lanai at
“Turtle Bay”.
Mid-Week Housekeeping Service is provided For Each 7 Nights Reserved at the Full Published Rate, effective February 1, 2011, except Light Hotel-Style Daily Housekeeping Service is provided over Christmas and New Years.
