Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

having just returned from clare house i cannot wait to return, it was a very clean amd tidy appartment on the ground floor and everything was easily axessable for my wife who has some difficulties walking. the shower was a walkin and in the second room there was also an on suit. lehinch town center is only a very short walk away and the people were all really friendly. all in all it was a beautiful and relaxing week away. being pet friendly is a fantastic bonus

We stayed a week at Claire House 2. Extremely clean and well appointed. Landlords were friendly and attentive when needed. Short walk to downtown Lahinch, a charming village with really good food, lovely beach, surfing, and shops. Really, really, enjoyed our stay. Very spacious with huge bathroom (showers only). Each bedroom has it's own bath. Washing machine made it nice to bring home clean clothes. All the baby stuff, crib, high chair, even a baby bath tub was onsite. Very near great places like the Cliffs of Moher, the Barren, and other must sees in Clare County

We immediately felt at home at Claire House. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable; the owners are very friendly and welcoming, they left items such as cooking oil, salt and loo rolls which helped us settle in quickly. Claire House is a short walk away from the centre of Lahinch (5-10 minutes) or a couple of minutes in the car. There is a patio area (including bar-b-que) and enclosed parking space immediately outside.
Would thoroughly recommend Claire House and would not hesitate to book the accommodation again if we should return to Lehinch. Perfect location too for exploring County Clare.
