Recently built apartment at the Domaine de Fontenelles complex on the golf, with heated swimming pool, tennis and Club House Bar and Brasserie. There is horse riding nearby 800 metres, and there is fishing at the lake Gue Gorand 2km. The popular port and town of St Gilles Croix de Vie is situated at 8km and the beach at approx 12 km.

Accommodation and facilities

The residence Domaine de Fontenelles is situated right on the 18 hole golf course, 8 km away from St Gilles Croix de Vie, and offers accommodation which is perfect for those who want an active holiday.

In this high standard Residence there is a total of 86 apartments... with a lift.

There are 2 different sized apartments available from 2 to 6 people, fully equipped kitchens, with 1 or 2 bedrooms and with 1 or 2 bathrooms.

All the apartments have a balcony varying from 4.70 metres square to 15 metres sq. (except the ground floor). The apartments face one of three directions : south, west and east.

All the apartments are tiled inside with white walls and often have pine furniture. The balcony has a view often of the golf course or the countryside.

In the equipped kitchen area there is a dishwasher, sink, fridge, electric rings and an electric oven and the crockery and cutlery.

The bathrooms have a bath with a handbasin and a separate toilet.

This type BCF, T3 for 4 to 6 persons is approx 60 m².

There is a corner kitchen area with above equipement. In the lounge there is a sofa bed for 2 people.

There are 2 bedrooms : 1 bedroom with a bed size : 160cm x 200 cm. and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80cm wide.

There is a bathroom with bath and 2 handbasins. SOME of these size also have a second shower room.

There is a separate toilet.

BBQ are NOT allowed in this residence.

Shared heated pool usually opens from mid May.

Electricity is payable at all times as well as cleaning if you do not wish to clean the accommodation your self.

There is free WIFI access at the reception.

The swimming pool is heated, and is 274 metres square with a children's pool which is 26 metres square.

There are 2 tennis courts 7 euros per hour (2012).

There are parking areas which are uncovered, situated at approx 150 metres from the apartment, or a garage (payable).

There are communal gardens.

The Residence is on the 18 hole golf course les Fontenelles

"Les Fontenelles" Golf is well known locally for its good training facilities, it is a bocage course with water obstacles too as well as a oak and maritime pine section.- There are 25 Practice posts, 10 of which are covered, there is a pitching green , and 2 Putting greens.It is 6195m long ie a yardage of 6766, par 72, Slope 131. There is a pro shop and you can hire equipment too.
