The ancient construction placed in the historical centre of Lajatico, gives the possibility to be connected with the things more characteristic of the ancient village 'the little square, the town hall, the tower-clock' that offers a very pleasant stay, unique in its kind. The structure is subdivided into 4 apartments, fitted out with a small swimming pool, garden with garden furniture and every comfort. The whole building, completely restored, keeps the characteristic that Tuscany offers. Wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.

Lajatico lies between the Era and Cecina Valleys and overlooks the gently rolling Tuscan hills.
Particularly interesting for their historical, artistic and architectural heritage, both Lajatico and the nearby village of Orciatico encompass castles, Medieval villages, the Rocca di Pietracassia and Spedaletto built in Medieval alberese stone and rose hued bricks, all suggestive of the remote Middle Ages. A special mention should be made of the ancient Rocca di Pietracassia that still dominates the skyline and continues to defy the elements.
The Comune of Lajatico, 200 to 500 metres a.s.l., is easily accessible from Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa and Florence. Here the culinary delights of Tuscany are traditionally preserved. Wine, olive oil and chestnuts are displayed each year at the village fairs where the visitor can savour genuine produce, local customs ,culture and history.
There are many enchanting nature trails and footpaths, tennis courts and public swimming pools
