      Quiet and charming place

We stayed there for an extended weekend and it was the perfect getaway.

It is a very quiet place with an amazing view of the ocean, near a natural swimming pool and vineyards

The house is very well equipped and has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a great dinner in the evening or a nice breakfast in the morning, indoors or outdoors in the balcony.

Excellent for a romantic trip or a family getaway. We can't wait to go back!

The house was absolutely perfect! Very quiet and relaxing with the most beautiful views! Exactly what we needed to get away from our hectic schedules. The natural swimming pool is one of the most incredible places and by far the best on the island!

      Dream Holidays

Left on 01/23/2012 for a stay in September 2011

We have 3 kids and this was everybody's first time in azores. We decided to stay in Pico and just travel for a day trip to the surrounding Islands Faial and S. Jorge.
This was a good decision because boats are easy and Pico is a wonderful place to stay, culturally very rich.

To stay in this cottage "Adega da Figueira" was just perfect. They have all the facilities to the kids, a nice environment inside and out and the perfect sea view. We felt home while in there.

The person in charge of the accommodations is a local and it is very nice and was always trying to please our needs.

      Definitely we'll go back.

      Wonderful holidays

Left on 01/23/2012 for a stay in May 2008

This peaceful place made us almost instantaneously forget the stress of life in the city. Full of nature and surrounded by sea, the Island of Pico invite us to travel around the island to discover the natural secrets, to take a bath in the natural pools, to taste the great food and relax watching the beautiful landscapes.

Located in a small village with very nice people looking forward to help you in case you need, the house fits perfectly in the surrounding environment making you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The decoration of the bedrooms has small details that extends the experience, the kitchen is well equipped, very clean with excellent service provided by the friendly owners. The view from the terrace is amazing making every sunset and sunrise a magical moment.

The are a lot of nature related experiences to try, take a dive, go fishing, whale watching, climb the mountain of Pico or just take a walk because anywhere you go you'll be amazed with all that natural beauty.

Don't dare to come out of the island without eating the fabulous shellfish "lapas" and tasting the great wine "Frei Gigante".
Don't forget to visit the caves "Gruta das Torres" where you can have a great Indiana Jones experience :)

Definitely a place we recommend and where we we'll be going back in the future
