Winter rates start at $200 per night for mid-week (Sun. through Thursday), $250 per night for weekends (Friday & Saturday). Special Holiday rates are higher and minimum number of nights may be required. Rates published are for 8 people, additional guests and pets are extra. Discounts are available for full weeks. Credit Cards accepted.
We also offer free of charge the use of 2 kayaks to our guests for a refundable security deposit of $200 provided equipment is returned undamaged.
We offer flexible check-in and check-out times. Security Deposit is refundable provided property is left in the condition it was found.

Our family, six of us, stayed at this cabin over Martin Luther King Day weekend. We had a great time. The cabin is comfortable and has a good location. Michael Godfrey, the owner was very attentive to our needs, and provided us with excellent information about the community, restaurants, and activities that we could participate in. We enjoyed our time there very much. The only negative is the DVD player did not operate properly and so we could not have family "movie time" in the evenings together, but that did get us to do other things (puzzles, read, play board games etc.) together. We would definitely recommend this cabin for a get away.

Thanks for the kind review, we appreciate your valuable time posting it. After you left the cabin, my cleaning crew checked out the DVD player and is working just fine. They tested 5 DVD's and all is OK. Had the DVD player not worked, I immediately would have purchased another one.
Lake Arrowhead is also a fantastic place to spend summers! We hope to have you as our guests in the near future.

This cabin is in the perfect location for getting into town, for taking a nice walk along not-too-busy roads, and for just feeling like you've gotten away from it all sitting and staring out the windows. We had extended family stay with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The dining room table was huge! Overall the home has space for everyone, with the kids up in the loft and the adults down by the fire. The deck was lovely too. Michael was so nice to work with and the value is remarkable, cost vs. size and location!

We were able to get from our door to the cabin's door using our smartphone, Sprint was in the area. Using Michael's great instruction helped us easily enter the property.
We quickly made ourselves comfortable, using the full amenities, saving money with the large party of people, including our small dogs.
In addition to enjoying our stay in Lake arrowhead, my wife and I will be sure to contact Michael, an agent and broker, to find our own little nest in the mountain. -

The pictures don't do it justice! Beautiful living room / dining room area with a giant round table that seats 10 (great for parties!) and a fireplace that will keep the entire room nice and toasty... all for a great price for the weekend.
Huge vaulted ceiling, with a den upstairs, tons of bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. This place has everything you need... walking distance (about a mile or so) from arrowhead Village and the lake.
That's just the cabin... Mike was incredibly friendly, prompt, and professional. He genuinely cares about his guests and you can tell he really wants you to have a good time and enjoy your stay. He even includes recommendations on where to eat and activities you can do while staying there.
In short, the cabin itself or Mike's professionalism and friendliness, if taken separately, would be enough for me to give my 5-star recommendation. Taken together, it's a no-brainer. -

We had an excellent time at the cabin... Michael Godfrey is very supportive and available all day to make sure your visit is incredible... The location is awesome... 1.4 miles to the village and 3.4 miles to the furthest beach... We had an awesome time...!!!

We rented the cabin to celebrate our wedding anniversary which just happened to be Father's Day weekend. The cabin was a very comfortable,
beautiful, gathering for family or friends to gather and enjoy visiting and enjoy the Lake and the village. What a wonderful location for a persons vacation how fortunate we are to have a beautiful location available to all. Only in america, God bless america!! -

We stayed here on an extended weekend vacation. The accommodations were excellent. Large areas to congregate and enjoy one another. Large table that seats 12 or more for games and meals. A loft with a 65 inch TV that held us all to watch the game. Lots of space with a great stocked kitchen. Also out back of the cabin was a great area to play in the snow with hills for the kids to sled. So many things to do up there. Excellent value and super clean
