Lake Arrowhead might be one of the West Coast’s best-kept secrets. Nestled among the breathtaking mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest, we can completely understand why the area is widely known as the “Alps of Southern California”!

We know you’ll have a memorable vacation in this gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cedar chalet. You and your travel companions will have all the privacy and seclusion you deserve in this home, which was built on a private road and surrounded by majestic pine forest. This 4-level structure boasts 30’ cathedral ceilings, large windows, and 4 beautiful stone fireplaces. Who...ever gets the master bedroom gets the entire top level to themselves, which includes its own lounge area, fireplace, and separate office. The master bathroom is also pretty fabulous, with a two-person tub, separate shower, and double sinks. Cook gourmet meals at home in the magnificent full kitchen, equipped with a Wolf commercial oven, range, and griddle. You can dine in either the breakfast room, which seats 6, or the formal dining area, which comfortably seats 8. When you’re not out enjoying yourself on Lake Arrowhead or hiking through the national forest, hang out in the home’s private game room on the lower level, which has a pool table, card table, darts, board games, and a bar. It’s great for those nights you just want to hang out at home!

This home is located within the pristine, mile-high resort on Lake Arrowhead. This means you get exclusive, private lake access for fishing, boating, water skiing, and private sandy beaches. No need to worry about being over-crowded on the water or the shore – You can just relax! Your pets will love it as well. There is a fourth sun room without furniture that is perfect for them to stay. Feel free to let them run around in the fenced-in backyard! In the winter enjoy sledding right outside your front door - Sleds and fishing poles are provided for your enjoyment!

There's fantastic shopping, dining, antiquing, and a world-class spa at the resort. The serene national forest that surrounds Lake Arrowhead offers some of the best off-roading in Southern California, so make sure you give that a try! If you’re visiting during the winter, you’re an easy drive away from fantastic skiing at resorts such as Snow Valley, Snow Summit, or Bear Mountain. Snow Valley is just 20 minutes away, and you can be at Snow Summit or Bear Mountain in 45. If you’re into cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, head over to Rim Nordic! Whether you want to go on a scenic trail ride on horseback, or take the kids ice skating at the nearby Olympic training facility, there's an activity for everybody to love!

  We spent my youngest sons 29th birthday in Lake arrowhead at his request. The Cedar Chalet was tremendous. The game room downstairs , the chef's oven upstairs ,the wall of windows into the forrest. I kinda Likey a lot!. Six adults 3 kids and a dog and even the dog had its own space. My wife said "this must be pine , can't all be cedar".

  We had a great week at this place! It was better than the pictures and thats saying alot because they were what sold us in the first place! Great chefs range which we cooked a great holiday dinner. Owners were great and the place is immaculate! 4 fireplaces and lots of space but still warm and cozy. We will see you next time. Thank you!

  Overall, this was a great experience! The cabin is located in a quiet and peaceful area and there was sledding just a few steps from the front of the house. The TV has Netflix and that was great to watch that after days of playing in the snow. It was a great trip and we can't wait to come back!
