The Kelsey House at Adams Landing is located in Grand Isle in the heart of Vermont's beautiful Champlain Islands less than 40 minutes from Burlington, VT and Plattsburgh, NY and just 90 minutes from Montreal, Canada. Since 1842 visitors have passed the time watching steamboats, yachts and pleasure craft from the shady porch of our spacious farmhouse.

We are located on the Lake Champlain Bikeway on the west shore of Grand Isle. We are 35 min from the Burlington International Airport where car rentals are available and easily accessible from Interstate 87 in NY and 89 in VT. Local attractions include ferries and cruises, fishing, antiques, fine dining, apple orchards, concerts, vineyards and wineries. Free on site parking.

Pittsfield, MAOur stay was wonderful, relaxing, and beyond our expectations.
Left on 05/24/2012 for a stay in July 2011
Kelsey House looked great on their web-site but is even better in person, and very clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful, large, well equipped kitchen (even has a waffle maker). Our front porch overlooked the lake and we enjoyed the sunset each evening. Sally and Jack were available for advice and questions. We took advantage of the kayaks available for use and did a few bike excursions (we brought our own). Two couples rented this house and there was plenty of room for all of us however the only drawback was the second bedroom has two single beds. So this year when we go back we will swap the rooms.
