Villa Fulgida is an elegant and welcoming three-story historical villa built in the 19th century, situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps 20 people. From Villa Fulgida you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the mountains. Villa Fulgida is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a gorgeous private terrace with a view of the lake, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Santa Maria Rezzonico. You will find the closest restaurant at 700 meters (770 yards), a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards), the stop for the ASF bus C10 Como - Menaggio - Colico line at 150 meters (490 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 600 meters (660 yards). You will reach Villa Fulgida from the parking area along a short walkway that is flat.

For a successful stay at Villa Fulgida we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Unlike many gardens on Lake Como, Villa Camilla's park was conceived as an English garden from its inception, alongside only Villa Melzi at Bellagio. Here, guests can marvel at botanical wonders such as Acers, cork oaks, redwood pines, Chilean monkey-puzzle trees, cedars, and Japanese bamboo.

 

Nestled within this lush green expanse is a small vegetable garden, supplying organic fruit and vegetables for the chef's culinary creations. Guests have the unique opportunity to personally select ingredients for their meals, enhancing the immersive experience. A truly ancient stone cellar at the back of the villa houses an extensive collection of local, Italian, and international wines.

 

Restoration and refurbishment of the villa have been conducted with a commitment to sustainable architecture, incorporating principles of Feng-shui with guidance from respected professionals.

You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately 25 stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden. The pool is open all year round.

This was a great villa for our group of 18. Plenty of room, pool, tennis court, pool table, foos ball table, ping pong table - dining table for 20!! Each bedroom and bath was different, really liked… More
