This lovely two story, 2,590 sq. ft. home is situated on nearly an acre of land, is located 1 block from Turtle Bay on Wood Lake in beautiful Lake Country in the heart of the Okanagan. Also located one block away from Lake Kalamalka, the lake of many colors. It is warmer then Lake Okanagon and is great for skiing, fishing, and other outdoor activities.

Located near Winfield, it is approximately 30 kilometres from Vernon and 30 kilometres from Kelowna. Many of the Okanagan’s finest vineyards are within a 15 minute drive.

This spacious, lovely home is furnished as a principal residence and is fully furn...ished, air conditioned and has been recently renovated.It is completely private with beautiful landscaping, grape vines and apple, hazelnut and cherry trees in the front yard. The front yard also has parking for several vehicles and a boat (additional parking for at least 10 more cars is available along the side of the property).

The back patio area is completely fenced in, with a lawn area and concrete area furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella. A lovely swing is situated under a tree in the lawn area. There is also a 15 person hot tub with a built in TV on the back patio, as well as a barbeque. Located by the rear patio is a newly built 12 person steam house.

Steps from the back patio lead up to a completely fenced in, private, swimming pool/entertaining area which was installed only last year. The pool deck has plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing with a large patio table and six chairs and numerous lounge and Adirondack chairs. Several umbrellas are situated around the pool to provide shade.

There is a second large covered barbeque in this area along with a covered, granite bar with six wrought iron bar stools and two built-in wine fridges. A 50” plasma TV and XBox is mounted over the outdoor bar. This area provides all the conveniences for a relaxing or entertaining experience. Beside the concrete pool deck is a fire pit on a “sandy” beach which leads to the creek and a private wooded area with plum trees. There is a recently renovated cabana on the pool deck which has two bunk beds with double beds on the lower bunks, a built-in closet, window air-conditioning and a 46” wall-mounted plasma TV and double French doors leading to the pool.

The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, black stone sink, garburator, stainless steel appliances which includes a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven, and margarita blender.

The main floor has a bath with marble raindrop shower and a stainless steel washer and dryer. The living features a 72” TV with 100+ channel cable, play station, WII, games, and reclining sectional seating. The dining room has a bar height table and 8 chairs and the attached sitting room has a futon that makes into a double bed. There is also an office area that contains a double bed. Beyond the office/bedroom is a bedroom with two twin beds, a night table and TV with a separate entrance to the front yard.

The upper floor has hardwood floors throughout and the main bath has been renovated with granite counter tops and a glassed-in shower with marble raindrop shower.

There are a total of four bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom suite has a king size 4 poster bed, closet, TV, two dressers and a master bath. The master bath has a spa tub, double sinks and vanities and a huge multi-head steam shower with LED light show. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen size bed, one has a double bed and the fourth bedroom is furnished with two queen sized beds. With the exception of the master bedroom, the other three bedrooms are equipped with wall mounted 46” plasma, flat screen TV’s.

  This place has everything you need. Keep your boat indoors. Play pool sports like beach or water volleyball, watch the game while your hutubin, industry-sized drybar right beside the pool, bigscreen tv inside, and a Margareta machine.

  I am a Canadian living and working overseas in asia - and when time permits, I try to vacation back in Canada, specifically in B.C. Of the condo's, apartments and villa's which I have rented, my partner and friends probably had the best stay at what the Baglien group offered me in Kelowna last year. Those looking for a quite setting, all amenities and recreational extras to be part of ones stay in lake country would find this property to be perfect. Although quite large, this is a manageable for several guests or those with families / children. We plan to return to the Lake Country area again, in which this property would be our first choice.   Amazing Time in Lake Country

  We had hours of fun playing volleyball in the pool. At one point we had 12 people playing a full game of water-volleyball for hours. The master bedroom shower is the nicest Ive ever seen and the view from there was a way to start out the day. We were lucky to have the place just renovated for our stay. The convenience of the lake being so close, makes this place so great for big gatherings, we will definitely look into booking again! Thank You

  The entire stay was a very enjoyable experience. The premesis and very spacious, modern, and offers many fun activities for everyone of all ages. A 1 minute walk from the lake, it is very convinient for access to the lake. The property is located in a quiet and safe community with friendliness from the people will make anyone comfortable.
