Ca Solare is a beautiful property on Lake Garda with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete with private garden and swimming pool. The property offers guests a spectacular view of the Lake and is the perfect choice of accommodation for families or groups of friends.
Between the pool and the building there are two parking spaces and the stairs which lead to the garden in front of the porch located to the south-west. At the top of the second bend is the gravel courtyard (ideal area for loading and unloading luggage) which, through a paved square in red Verona marble, giving access to the house to the east. The porch is equipped with barbecue and furnished with wrought iron table and chairs.
Internal Description:
The property 135 sq. mt has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . It consists of a bright living room with red marble fireplace. From here you can switch between the two arches leading into the kitchen. The kitchen sink is carved out of beautiful "Istrian stone."
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed with ensuite bathroom and the other with two single beds per room. All the floors are in "Cotto Sannini" from Impruneta, while the doors, windows and French doors are newly manufactured and all glass is unbreakable, and the interior doors are made with old wood. The whole house is furnished with "arte povera", or restored to, "decoupage". The whole property has air conditioning and heating.
Our Opinion:
This cosy home features a rustic flavour and has great charm and value. Guests will enjoy a scenic location between the slopes of Monte Baldo (one of the most important conservation areas for faun-flora in Europe) and Lake Garda. Perfect for a family vacation it is both comfortable and relaxing, guaranteed by the presence of the swimming pool and the garden surrounding the property. It is a real oasis located just under 1km from the village and the lake.
